Did you know the best resource for seeking guidance is actually through your own body? Your body is the connector to you and everything in the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual planes. It's the home of all your inner wisdom, it can help you evolve and grow, and communicates with you daily if you take the time to listen. Even though the universe and spirit world can't be understood through the logical mind, it's the body that can feel and create with the unseen. How it does that is through feeling. When you focus on a goal or dream you desire to create, the most important thing is to remember that you will never think yourself there (I know, the law of attraction says otherwise but hear me out!) you will have to feel yourself there instead. You have to get energetically invested in your future and instead of focusing on why you might be stuck right now, HOW you can use your energy to continue to move forward. In this episode, I share my personal story about how divine intervention led me to my current career path as a coach. Sometimes the universe has a plan bigger than the one we can see, this is why it is so important to surrender and take action. When it comes to finding our purpose in life, we often believe it is tied to what we do. We typically identify ourselves as our most important life roles like a nurse, a mom, an entrepreneur, sales director, a doctor, and the list goes on! But the truth is your purpose doesn't come from what you do. Your purpose comes from who you are when you do what you love. It's what you bring to what you do that makes you so special, not the other way around.
