Description
My Chic IntuitionThis is not a podcast. It’s a frequency.A cinematic decoding of the feminine experience through poetic storytelling, symbolic monologues, and soul-level transmissions. Hosted by Carmen Ramos, My Chic Intuition is episodes archive disguised as content, but built as a cipher. Each title, a clue. Each episode, a mirror. We talk presence, performance, power, and the process of unbecoming what the world projected onto us.It’s for the women who move differently. The ones who’ve been labeled too much, too quiet, too soft, too sharp and chose to be all of it, anyway. Listen closely. You’re not just tuning in.You’re decoding yourself.

When Hard Work Feels Invisible

You can be disciplined, consistent, and brave, and still feel like nothing is clicking. That’s the emotional whiplash we’re unpacking today: the moment you realize you’ve been working like a CEO of your own life, yet the results don’t match the effort. I get into why that feeling is so common for ambitious people and why it doesn’t mean you’re lazy or broken, it means you’re tired of investing in a future that hasn’t shown you proof yet.
We also pull apart the “universal timeline” myth that tells you you’re behind, late, or off track. I talk about how the finish line keeps moving, why hard work isn’t a guaranteed formula for success, and how opportunity, timing, access, relationships, resources, and plain luck can influence outcomes. If you’ve ever done everything right and still heard “we went with another candidate,” this will help you stop turning rejection into a verdict on your worth.
Then we go straight at social media comparison and the pressure to constantly self-improve. Highlight reels can make you feel like everyone else is winning while you’re stuck, but there is no official scoreboard. We close with a mindset shift I want you to hold onto: being unfinished is not the same as being unsuccessful. You can be grateful and ambitious at the same time, and you can work differently instead of only working harder.
If this hits home, subscribe, share this with a friend who’s grinding in silence, and leave a review with the biggest “timeline” you’re ready to stop believing.

What If Your Future Needs Your Participation

Have you ever built a perfect plan for a life you haven’t started yet? We’ve both done it: the research, the gear, the vision boards, the “I’ll begin when everything lines up” promises. But there’s a reason it feels so good to stay in preparation mode. Potential is safe. Potential can’t be rejected, can’t be embarrassed, and never has to post the first messy attempt that gets a handful of views.
We get honest about what’s really underneath procrastination and perfectionism, especially the kind that hides behind productivity. You can clean the house, reorganize your notes, and stay “busy” all day while avoiding the one action that actually moves your goals forward. We talk about why starting forces you to become a beginner, why that beginner phase is unavoidable for personal growth, and how waiting for permission to be inexperienced keeps your dreams stuck in your imagination.
We also dig into the fear of being seen trying and failing, and the strange habit of giving strangers editorial control over choices they don’t have to live with. The takeaway is simple but not easy: confidence doesn’t always come before action. Confidence is built through repetition, consistency, and ordinary days where you show up anyway. If you’re ready to stop postponing your life and start building real momentum, press play, then share this with a friend and leave a quick review so more people can find the show. What’s one small step you’ll take today?

Stop Asking Where You Are And Start Asking Where You Are Going

You can be standing in a place that looks impressive and still be headed nowhere. That’s the uncomfortable idea I’m sitting with today, and it changes how I see success, love, money, and timing. Instead of obsessing over coordinates like titles, followers, and relationship status, I’m asking a sharper question: where am I going? Because direction tells the truth a snapshot can’t, and intuition isn’t just about where you are, it’s about movement.
I share a personal framework for self-governance using the “Magna Carta” as a metaphor for the rules that quietly run our lives. Fear, validation, old relationships, other people’s timelines, and algorithms can hold authority if we never write our own constitution. Then we get practical about self-worth and self-trust through the lens of “credit” and why you deserve more of it based on actual evidence: what you’ve survived, what you’ve learned, and what your so-called failures already paid for in tuition.
We also talk about currency beyond cash: attention, time, energy, reputation, creativity, and access. If you want real elevation, you have to spend those wisely, because elevation has an invoice. The goal isn’t superiority, it’s alignment, building a life that looks good on the outside and feels steady on the inside. You’ll walk away with a simple three-year trajectory check, and a reminder that small “two degree” shifts can land you somewhere completely different.
If this hit home, subscribe, share it with a friend who’s been comparing their life to a photo, and leave a review with the one tiny arrow you’re changing this week.

What If Your Real Life Already Started

You know that voice that says, “Once I graduate… once I get the job… once I’m in the relationship… then I’ll finally feel like myself”? I’ve been hearing it too, and I’m done letting it run the schedule.
On My Chic Intuition, I unpack the strange way we talk about a future version of ourselves like she’s the only one allowed to feel legitimate. I’m in school, I’m creating, I’m acting, I’m podcasting, and yet part of me still acts like I’m “just starting.” That tension is where so many of us live, especially when social media keeps blasting everyone’s arrival moments while hiding the random Tuesday nights full of doubt. We don’t need more pressure to perform; we need a clearer relationship with the process of becoming.
We get into the idea of waiting for permission and the imaginary person handing out certificates that say “now you’re successful” or “now you can take up space.” I also share why the “before” is the most meaningful part of any story and how the messy middle builds the confident, capable person you keep imagining. If you feel behind at 22, 32, 45, or 55, this is your reminder that your real life isn’t pending approval. It’s already happening, and you’re already in it.
If this resonates, listen through to the end and try the question I leave you with: what would you do tomorrow if you truly believed you’re already becoming her? Subscribe, share this with a friend who’s been waiting on “someday,” and leave a review so more people can find My Chic Intuition.

Love Is Not Musical Chairs

That quiet thought, “What if I never find my person?” can sneak up on you at the worst times like after another engagement post, another wedding invite, another baby announcement. You can be truly happy for someone else and still feel that sting of “When is it my turn?” Today we sit with that fear without judging it, and we talk about how relationship timeline pressure turns time into a threat instead of a neutral part of life.
We get into what happens when uncertainty has no explanation. The mind starts writing one: maybe I’m too picky, maybe I’m hard to love, maybe everyone good is taken. Those thoughts can repeat until they feel like facts, and that’s where dating anxiety grows. We also call out the slippery moment when fear of running out of time makes us negotiate our standards. Low communication becomes “giving them a chance,” mismatched goals become “maybe they’ll change,” and constant anxiety becomes “we just need to work harder.”
Then we shift the frame that changes everything: you’re not waiting to be chosen, you’re choosing too. We talk through what it looks like to choose from safety, trust, communication, shared values, and the ability to handle real life, not just chemistry. If you want love deeply but don’t want fear to rush your decision, press play, then subscribe, share with a friend who needs it, and leave a review with what you’re choosing differently now.

When Being Picked Becomes The Trap

Have you ever looked at a relationship from the outside and thought, who exactly are you trying to convince that you’re happy? I’m pulling on that thread and getting honest about the gap between being partnered and being fulfilled, especially when “having a man” starts feeling like proof of your value instead of a choice that actually supports your life. We unpack the quiet ways self-abandonment can masquerade as being a “good girlfriend” the shrinking, the constant understanding, the never-ending adjusting. If your needs keep getting minimized while his comfort stays centered, that’s not compromise moving in both directions. And when you’ve spent months or years defending the relationship, leaving isn’t just a breakup, it can feel like admitting you were wrong, which is exactly how people get stuck performing happiness and doubling down on a story that no longer fits. I also talk about why competition between women gets so intense: sometimes we’re not competing for the man, we’re competing for what having him represents being chosen, being ahead, being desirable. Social media makes it worse by turning relationships into content and “proof,” while the emotional reality stays hidden. So I’ll leave you with one of the most clarifying questions I know: if nobody could see your relationship, would you still want it? If this hits, subscribe to My Chic Intuition, share this with a friend who needs the gut check, and leave a review so more women can find the conversation.

The Subtle Shift

Have you ever gone into something thinking it was innocent… and then halfway through you realize, oh—this person had a completely different agenda?
In this episode, I’m breaking down a lunch that wasn’t just lunch. What started as catching up turned into something that left me questioning everything—his intentions, my intuition, and the moment I realized I was no longer comfortable.
We’re talking about the psychology of hidden motives, why some men test boundaries instead of respecting them, and that split-second feeling when your body knows something your mind is still trying to process.
Because sometimes it’s not about what happened… it’s about what you felt and why you didn’t ignore it.

When Does “At Least” Become Self-Betrayal
2026/04/12

That moment when a date plan sounds fine on paper, but your gut says “wait.” We’re unpacking one of the most common modern dating traps: mistaking convenience for intention. When a guy suggests seeing you only because it fits neatly into his lunch break, is that effort or is it access on his terms? I share a real story that made the difference crystal clear and helped me stop negotiating with my own standards just to keep a connection alive.
We get into dating psychology in a practical way, treating early dating like data collection. Every plan, suggestion, and tiny decision reveals priorities, effort level, and how someone sees you. We talk about why texting can feel exciting but still be meaningless without follow-through, and why “at least he asked” is one of the fastest ways to lower your standards. You don’t need betrayal or a big blow-up to walk away. Sometimes it simply doesn’t feel like effort, and that is enough.
If you’ve ever been tempted to say yes to something that didn’t fully sit right, this is your reminder that intuition is information. Listen, share this with a friend who needs the nudge, and subscribe and leave a review so more people can learn to choose alignment over convenience. What’s one dating non-negotiable you refuse to compromise now?
