My Missing Piece To Vision Boarding
2026/06/24
If you ever wondered why nothing on your vision board would come true, then I’d love to invite you to listening to what I discovered that I was missing in my own vision boarding process that changed the game entirely for me. Hi I’m Heidi and I like to share all the things that I’m navigating internally with you because it’s what I love to do. You can find me on instagram @hxdream
Insight Without Action Is Philosophy. It Does Nothing.
2026/06/03
I took the month of May off, not as a vacation, but as an intentional space for growth. What I didn’t expect was how quickly my survival response showed up to test me. In this episode, I’m sharing what that actually looked like: the moment I felt the pull to react, what I chose to do instead, and what shifted after. This isn’t theory — it’s what happened inside me, in real time. If you’ve ever felt hijacked by your own nervous system, snapped when you didn’t mean to, or found yourself stuck in a loop you couldn’t seem to break — this one is for you. We cover: • What the survival response looks like beyond fight or flight • The practice of pausing when everything in you wants to react • What becomes possible when you stop running on autopilot • A simple reflection to take with you into your week This is season two of me and it’s just getting started. Internal Conversations with Heidi is a podcast about what happens when you stop performing life and start actually living it. New episodes dropping regularly.
When Losing People Means You’re Finally Getting It Right
2026/04/29
If you’ve ever felt the truth rise up in your chest and swallowed it back down out of fear, this episode is for you. We don’t speak our truth because we’re afraid of rejection, of losing people, of being too much. But what’s the real cost of staying small? In this episode, I’m speaking directly to the people pleasers and the truth-avoiders because I was one. The truth is, radical honesty isn’t just about being direct. It’s how you find yourself. It’s how you discover what you actually need, where you’re meant to go, and who’s truly meant to be in your life. And when people leave after you finally show up as yourself? That’s not a sign something’s wrong. That’s the field reorganizing to match your alignment. Speaking your truth is a muscle. It’s scary. But it’s the most powerful thing you can do for yourself. When you lose people by being real, it’s not a sign you’re doing something wrong - it’s a sign everything’s finally going right.
The Cost of Being Liked: Authenticity Over Approval
2026/04/23
Those relationships were never built on the reality of someone just liking you for you. When you have the whole world liking you, you’re just managing the whole world not being authentic. The moment you’re authentic, there’s gonna be opinions, disagreement, and people who won’t vibe with it. And that’s where we learn to be okay with it. We find compassion and understanding that we’re all unique individuals.
Using Our Challenges To Sail Into Progression VS. Regression
2026/04/15
Some weeks don’t go the way you planned — and maybe that’s the point. In this episode, Heidi gets personal about a challenging week that forced her to stop, reflect, and get honest about what energy she’s allowing into her life and what she’s ready to release. Rather than pushing through or avoiding the discomfort, she sat with it — and what it revealed was worth sharing. This conversation explores the idea that challenges aren’t obstacles to get around. They’re portals. They’re communicating something to us, and when we’re willing to move with them instead of away from them, we open the door to real alchemization — turning pressure into clarity, confusion into direction, and hardship into growth. If you’re in the middle of something hard right now, this episode is for you.
I'm Not Taking That With Me
2026/04/08
In this episode, I explore how to break free from generational  dysfunction without abandoning your family.  I share a recent confrontation with my mom that forced me to  ask: "what am I not bringing into the life I'm building? " Discover how establishing emotional safety and healthy  boundaries first before inviting family in is actually an  act of love, not rejection. Learn strategies for healing from  childhood criticism, people pleasing patterns, and the courage  it takes to create something different. From Survival To Creation : Rewriting Your Story, Shifting Your Mindset.
2026/04/01
Are you living in survival mode without realizing it? In this episode of Internal Conversations with Heidi, we dive into nervous system regulation, survival mode, and how your inner narrative shapes your entire life. Most people are stuck in subconscious patterns driven by a dysregulated nervous system—reacting, judging, and repeating the same emotional cycles. Heidi breaks down the thinking-feeling loop and how your thoughts create your emotions, which then drive your habits, behaviors, and outcomes. When you don’t shift the narrative, you stay stuck in the same patterns—whether it’s in your relationships, career, or finances. You’ll learn how to:• Recognize when you're operating in survival mode• Start regulating your nervous system in real time• Identify and shift limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns• Rewire your reactions to create a new reality This episode is about self transformation, emotional regulation, and learning how to consciously choose a new version of yourself instead of repeating the past. If you're ready to stop reacting and start creating, this is where it begins. Find me on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/hxdream/
Your Wounds Will Feel Like Truth... Until You Regulate
2026/03/25
Have you ever had a moment where your thoughts felt completely real… but something still felt off? In this episode of Internal Conversations with Heidi, we’re diving into how emotional wounds and a dysregulated nervous system can create false narratives that feel like truth. Thoughts like:“I’m being left out”“They don’t like me”“Something is wrong” In the moment, these don’t feel like stories, they feel real. But often, they’re not coming from reality… they’re coming from an activated wound. In this episode, I share a real-life experience where I caught myself inside one of these narratives and how I used nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and perspective shifts to move out of the illusion and back into clarity. You’ll learn: How to recognize when you’re reacting from a wound vs realityWhat to do in the moment. How to regulate your body in real timeHow to shift out of overthinking, emotional reactivity, and false narrativesThis episode is for anyone on a healing journey who wants to deepen their emotional regulation, build self-awareness, and stop reacting to stories that aren’t true. Because your state creates your perception… and your perception creates your reality. Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/hxdream/
The Ripple Effect of Your Why
2026/03/18
In this episode, I open up about what it felt like to disconnect from my why… and how easy it is to fall into a pattern of just doing — moving, producing, showing up — but without true connection underneath it. And here’s what really landed for me: Our why isn’t just personal. It’s a ripple effect. Every action we take — whether it’s rooted in alignment or disconnection — creates an energetic imprint that extends far beyond us. Into our relationships, our environment, and the collective consciousness as a whole. When I reconnected to my why, it wasn’t just a mental shift. My nervous system softened. My energy changed. And the way I showed up became intentional, present, and deeply connected. This episode is a reminder that your why isn’t gone — it’s just waiting to be remembered. And when you come back to it, you don’t just change your life… you shift the field around you. Before You Give Up: Why It Feels Hard Before It Changes
2026/03/04
Why does it often feel the hardest right before something finally changes? In this episode of Internal Conversations with Heidi, I share a deeply personal story about my transformation with my dog Toby and the inner work that unfolded through that journey. For the first seven months, everything in me wanted to quit. My limiting beliefs were loud, my self-sabotage patterns were active, and the negative self-talk felt overwhelming. But I kept returning to two simple commitments: Show up.Do my best. What I didn’t realize at the time was that the real challenge wasn’t Toby, it was the parts of me that were being asked to grow. In this conversation, I share how an unexpected moment with my mom revealed a deeper pattern I had been carrying within myself. When that pattern finally broke, the self-sabotage and internal resistance I had been experiencing with Toby dissolved almost instantly. This episode explores: • Why personal transformation often feels hardest right before it changes• How our old identity and shadow patterns surface during growth• The role of self-awareness in breaking cycles of self-sabotage• Why it’s hard to “see the jar when you’re inside it”• Practical tools to help you step outside the pattern so real change can occur If you’re currently facing a challenge, feeling stuck, or questioning whether you should keep going, this conversation is meant to remind you that sometimes the resistance we feel is simply our old self meeting the moment of transformation. Sometimes the breakthrough happens when we keep showing up, even when it’s hard. You might be closer than you think. Follow Heidi and connect on Instagram:Instagram: @Hxdream

Unlocking Freedom: Transcending the Invisible Walls Within
2026/02/18
In this episode of Internal Conversations, I explore what true freedom really means and why it begins within. I share my personal journey of recognizing how subtle conditioning, social narratives, and repeated emotional triggers were quietly shrinking my world. What I thought were justified reactions were actually invisible mental walls shaping my mindset, limiting my perspective, and keeping me stuck in patterns I didn’t consciously choose. In this conversation, I break down how I became aware of those triggers, how I began unconditioning myself, and what shifted when I dissolved those internal barriers. When we transcend conditioned responses and challenge inherited beliefs, we reclaim emotional freedom, expand our awareness, and open ourselves to deeper connection and clarity. If you’ve ever felt reactive, confined by your own thoughts, or limited by perspectives that don’t fully feel like yours, this episode is for you. True freedom isn’t about changing the world around you. It’s about dismantling the walls within.
Belief Systems: The Invisible Code Running Your Life
2026/02/11
What if the thing holding you back isn’t your circumstances… but the belief system quietly running underneath them? In this episode, I’m diving into how our belief systems shape our relationships, money, self-worth, and even the way we interpret triggers. Most of us think we’re reacting to what’s happening in front of us but we’re actually reacting to a story we’ve been carrying for years. I share:• How belief systems are formed• Why the same emotional patterns keep repeating• How to identify the “core wound” beneath your triggers• What it really takes to shift a belief instead of just talking about it• The power of taking your authority back Transformation isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about excavating the internal landscape and seeing what’s been there all along. If you’ve ever felt stuck in a loop, in love, money, or identity, this episode will help you see the root. You can find me on Instagram @hxdream
I’m Not Living & Just Existing
2024/08/27
In this episode I want to share the reflection I made just the other day to serve as a reminder which was recognizing when we stop living and merely start to exist. I talk about this reflection in greater depth and how we can find ourselves living for other people rather than for ourselves. At the end I share a tip and tool you can actually set into practice. Hope you enjoy the listen and lmk how this landed for you if it lands at all!
