Tyree Harding: Prison, Growth & “It’s Not That Bad Youngin”
2026/09/30
Tyree Harding sits down with You Know How We Talk to tell the story behind “It’s Not That Bad Youngin”—from prison and life-changing decisions to growth, accountability, and choosing a different path.
Tyree opens up about the choices that ultimately led him to prison, his experience while incarcerated, his hardest moments, and what it took to come home without allowing his past to define his future.
We also get into some of Tyree’s most talked-about opinions and social media takes, including DJ Akademiks and hip-hop media, Lil Durk, street culture, Philadelphia, accountability, success, friendship, and how difficult it can be to truly change your life.
We talk about watching people around you succeed while dealing with the consequences of your own decisions, knowing when it’s time to leave certain things behind, and why growth sometimes requires choosing a completely different path.
Beyond the opinions and conversations, this episode gives you a chance to understand the man behind the message.
Real stories. Real lessons. A different perspective.
Pebbles: Loving DMX, Raising Their Twins & The Story Nobody Heard
2026/09/23
Pebbles sits down with You Know How We Talk for a deeply personal conversation about the side of her story the world hasn’t fully heard.
She opens up about how she met DMX, the truth behind being his “personal stripper,” how their relationship evolved, and the difference between DMX the icon and Earl the man she knew personally.
Pebbles also shares her journey raising their twin boys, motherhood, raising a child with Down syndrome, preserving their father’s memory, and what it feels like when the boys aren’t always acknowledged, supported or included the way she believes they should be.
This conversation goes beyond the headlines. It’s about love, motherhood, grief, family and protecting the legacy her sons inherited.

Sentenced to Life for a Murder He Didn’t Commit | The Hassan Bennett Story
2026/09/16
Hassan Bennett was 23 years old when his life changed forever. Convicted of a murder he maintained he did not commit, Hassan was sentenced to life without parole and spent more than a decade fighting to prove his innocence.
But his story took an extraordinary turn—Hassan learned the law, fought his own case, represented himself in court, and ultimately heard the words he had been waiting years to hear: not guilty.
In this episode of You Know How We Talk, Hassan takes us inside his journey from being accused and convicted to fighting for his freedom. We talk about what it feels like to receive a life sentence while knowing you’re innocent, surviving prison with no release date, questioning Detective James Pitts himself, representing himself in court, and what happened when the jury returned with a verdict after just 81 minutes of deliberation.
This conversation hits a little different for us because our relationship with Hassan goes beyond the podcast. Sitting down with someone we personally know and hearing him tell his story in his own words made this episode that much more meaningful.
We talk about the years that can never be returned, rebuilding life after incarceration, and what freedom means when you had to fight for it yourself.
This is The Hassan Bennett Story.

How Much Does Loyalty Cost?
2026/09/09
This week on You Know How We Talk, we’re catching up after a BIG couple of weeks and getting into everything from current events to relationships, sex, money and loyalty.
We talk about Gary, Indiana’s 14-day blackout, the Lil Durk trial and what makes somebody cooperate when their friend’s freedom is on the line. Then we recap our first live show, the OVP reunion and what we learned from both experiences.
From there, the conversation gets personal: Does heartbreak permanently change the way you love? Do parents really have a favorite child? What happens when you’re always the one initiating sex? Has tipping culture gone too far? And why do people announce they’re single?
Then Rapid Fire puts us on the spot with phone checking, separate bedrooms, 50/50 bills, exes, defending your partner when they’re wrong and telling your friends too much about your relationship.
Love, loyalty, money, sex and boundaries—how much does loyalty really cost when you’re the one who has to pay for it? 🎙️

Chef Cream
2026/09/02
The morning after our live show, we sat down with the woman who hosted it all — Brooklyn’s own Chef Cream, celebrity chef and social media influencer. 🎙️🔥
Cream opens up about her New York upbringing, the Brooklyn vs. Philly dynamic, and her experiences with love and relationships. From how long sex should really last and keeping relationships private, to independent women, old arguments, dating Philly men, and the age-old question: What do women really want — and what do men really want?
The live show might’ve been over, but the conversation definitely wasn’t.
Everybody’s Protecting Their Peace… Nobody’s Taking Accountability
2026/08/19
Everybody’s “protecting their peace” these days—but when does protecting your peace turn into avoiding accountability?
This week on You Know How We Talk, we’re getting into whether boundaries have become an excuse to avoid uncomfortable conversations, combining finances in relationships, separate vs. secret bank accounts, and whether emotional cheating hurts worse than physical cheating.
We also talk about why we compare ourselves after being cheated on, when forgiveness becomes permission, staying too long hoping somebody will change, whether love can survive constant disappointment, and if you’d take an ex back after they finally became everything you begged them to be.
And we’re ending it with a toxic rapid fire where there’s only one rule: YES or NO—no explaining. 🔥
Everybody’s Protecting Their Peace… Nobody’s Taking Accountability.
If I Have to Ask 100 Times, Is It Still About the Socks?
2026/08/12
Is it really about the socks… or is it about having to ask 100 times? 👀
This week on You Know How We Talk, Chanel and Dorian debate the “socks on the floor” perspective: Are we so focused on the little things our partners do wrong that we forget to appreciate everything they do right? Or is “at least they come home” just another way of lowering the bar?
From there, we get into what healthy love actually looks like. Is healthy love sometimes boring? Can love survive without friendship? Should you ever go to bed angry? And what happens when a small request you’ve made over and over starts to feel like disrespect?
We also get personal about the hardest lessons relationships have taught us—and the things an ex or current partner told us about ourselves that we eventually had to admit might’ve been true. 😭
Then we close it out with YES OR NO ONLY rapid fire: cheating, passwords, prenups, exes, location sharing, separate bank accounts, sex, soulmates and more.
No “it depends.” No explanations. Just pick a side. 😂

Everybody Wants a Good Person… Until They Find One
2026/07/29
Everybody says they want a good partner—but can they actually handle one?
This episode dives into the uncomfortable conversations around modern relationships, accountability, and unrealistic expectations. We debate what submission really means, whether a dead bedroom changes the conversation around cheating, what it means to fumble a good person, and whether you’ve ever been the one who got away.
Plus, we discuss dating across different religions, birthday gifts early in relationships, who’s more likely to play the victim, who’s lying more in relationships, and wrap everything up with a hilarious—and brutally honest—round of Choose Your Poison.
No filters. No safe answers. Just the conversations everyone is thinking about but few are willing to have.
Everybody Wants Peace… Until They’re Bored
2026/07/22
Everybody wants peace, communication, and a healthy relationship—until healthy starts to feel boring.
This week, we’re debating whether people are truly ready for healthy love, how long it would take to notice a partner is cheating, whether competition belongs in relationships, and if you’d choose love with no money or money with no love. We also discuss tipping culture, solo trips, hugs outside your relationship, the end of the BBL era, announcing you’re single online, and one of the biggest relationship dealbreakers: What if your partner doesn’t want your family in your house?
No safe answers. Just honest conversations and opinions that are guaranteed to start a debate.
No Safe Answers ft. Kool & B
2026/07/08
Some conversations don’t have a right answer—just honest opinions.
This week, Kool & B join us for an episode where nobody plays it safe. We debate whether your partner should get the front seat over your mom, who has it harder between men and women, whether unconditional love actually exists, and if successful women intimidate men.
We also get into why B is against girls trips, whether it’s okay to ask your partner for permission to go out, who really makes more money between the genders, and several other topics guaranteed to divide the room.
No filters. No easy answers. Just real conversations, different perspectives, and opinions that might challenge your own.
Comfort Kills More Relationships Than Conflict
2026/06/24
Everybody talks about cheating, lying, and betrayal as relationship killers—but what if the real problem is comfort?
This week, we’re discussing what happens when people stop trying, why some relationships change after the chase is over, and whether social media is making it harder for people to stay connected in real life. We also debate forgiveness, moving on, exes who can’t let go, and why some people never get the same version of you after they’ve hurt you.
Along the way, we ask:
* Do people get too comfortable once they’re in a relationship?
* Why do some people hide who’s really buying them gifts?
* What are you actually willing to sacrifice for the relationship you say you want?
* Can you truly forgive someone if they never get the version of you that existed before the hurt?
Sometimes the relationship survives the conflict. The real question is whether it survives the comfort.
Mind Your Business or Tell the Truth? | Cheating, Secret Kids & Exes ft. Bumble Bee
2026/06/17
This week, rapper Bumble Bee joins the conversation as we tackle some of the biggest relationship debates people can’t seem to agree on.
Would you tell your friend if you saw their partner cheating? Is a baby outside the relationship an automatic dealbreaker? Should side chicks and side dudes share the blame, or does responsibility belong solely to the person in the relationship? We also discuss secret children, public embarrassment, social media relationships, dating a friend’s ex, and whether some betrayals are simply impossible to come back from.
Different perspectives. No easy answers. Just honest conversation.

Everybody Can’t Be Right
2026/06/10
Everybody has an opinion. Everybody thinks they’re right. But when it comes to relationships, loyalty, boundaries, dating, and accountability, somebody has to be wrong.
This week, we’re discussing the conversations that always seem to divide people. The questions that make people pick sides, challenge each other’s perspectives, and defend their beliefs.
There are no easy answers in this one—just honest opinions, real experiences, and a reminder that sometimes two people can see the same situation completely differently.

Four Perspectives. Zero Safe Answers. | Featuring Yall Eavesdropping
2026/06/03
This week, we’re joined by the ladies from Yall Eavesdropping for a conversation that proves not every question has a safe answer.
From child support and co-parenting to dating, double standards, accountability, and modern relationships, four different perspectives came together for one unforgettable discussion. Some opinions aligned. Others didn’t. But every topic sparked a conversation worth having.
Four perspectives. Zero safe answers.
