2026/09/11
The start of a brand new season for the San Francisco 49ers is officially underway, and on this episode of the Very Cold Lasagna Podcast, Dylan breaks down his thoughts on their 27-7 stunner down under to their division rival LA Rams in Melbourne, Australia to kick off their 2026 campaign.
Pro Wrestling Currently is the Most Lifeless It's Ever Been
2026/09/09
Dylan catches up on what he (not really) missed in pro wrestling, mainly with WWE, since April in this episode of the Very Cold Lasagna podcast. And from his observations and reasons, wrestling currently doesn't look great....at all.
San Francisco 49ers 2026 Season Preview: A Concerning 3rd Wheel?
2026/09/07
It's the return episode of the Very Cold Lasagna Podcast, as Dylan is back from a hiatus to preview the San Francisco 49ers' upcoming season, which starts very soon. It was an eventful offseason for the Red and Gold, both on-and-off field as they had a few news headliners for the wrong reasons but also addressed some of their needs to bolster the team on-field. Questions still remain on how the new additions, and the lack in others, will do as the 49ers first prepare for a Week 1 division duel down under in Australia against the LA Rams.
How WWE and TKO Can Fix Themselves Post-WrestleMania 42
2026/04/27
On this episode of the Very Cold Lasagna Podcast, it's time for a little therapy session for WWE fans as Dylan gives some filthy casual advice that Triple H, Ari Emanuel, Nick Khan, and all of WWE and TKO can take to improve the current WWE product following WrestleMania 42. From poor creative and repetitive television to roster usage and continued lack of domestic house shows, we dive through it all as we look to provide some fixes, and whether if WWE and TKO are worth fixing at all, one week removed from the latest messy WrestleMania season.
WrestleMania 42 Review: A Tale of 2 Nights in WWE Vegas III
2026/04/21
On this episode of the Very Cold Lasagna Podcast, Dylan reviews WrestleMania 42. WWE ran it back in the Sin City of Las Vegas, Nevada for the latest edition of the Grandest Stage of Them All. However, the road to this one was once again panned due to very poor creative writing, high ticket prices, interference from TKO executives in the WWE Title storyline, and the show being moved from the original location of New Orleans, Louisiana. Dylan looks at whether WWE was able to reverse course on their bad build and make for a solid weekend, or if WrestleMania 42 went for the 3-peat of bad Show of Shows in Las Vegas.
WrestleMania 2 Retro Review: The 3-in-1 Shitstacular!
2026/04/10
On this episode of the Very Cold Lasagna Podcast, the "Retro Road to WrestleMania" ends here as we travel to three (yes, three) places for the price of one review of WrestleMania 2! A year removed from the inaugural and successful Grandest Stage of Them All, Vince McMahon looked to go even bolder for the second supercard event by hosting it in THREE cities. While it sounded like a fine idea on paper, little did he know that it would be a disaster waiting to happen.Dylan dives deep into this 3-in-1 filling of a show and, even as a very late blooming wrestling fan, why this particular WrestleMania was very bad all-around.
WrestleMania 22 Retro Review: BIG TIME!
2026/04/02
On this episode of the Very Cold Lasagna, the "Retro Road to WrestleMania" hits the BIG TIME for a trip to the Windy City for WrestleMania 22. An often overlooked edition was driven by a card with clear-cut storylines that featured two star-studded world title matches, a chaotic Hardcore match, a Women's Title feud that really hooked fans, and so much more. All involved hoped to pay their stories off in front of a rowdy Allstate Arena.Dylan dives deeper into his childhood for the first-ever WrestleMania that he experienced 20 years ago in this retro review!
WrestleMania 27 Retro Review: A Pain-Colely Bad Show
2026/03/27
On this episode of the Very Cold Lasagna, the "Retro Road to WrestleMania" continues with a trip back to April 3, 2011 for WrestleMania 27. The 27th annual Grandest Stage of Them All featured the return of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for the first time since 2004 as its host (and much more). However, this edition has been considered by many as one of the worst in its history for a variety of reasons. Dylan dives deep into why that could be the case and why he also may agree with that statement, in this retro review of WrestleMania 27 in the now-demolished Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia!
WrestleMania X-Seven Retro Review: Is It Really the GOAT?
2026/03/20
On this episode of the Very Cold Lasagna, Dylan kicks off another "Retro Road to WrestleMania" by looking at WrestleMania 17 aka WrestleMania X-Seven. Many fans and media outlets consider this WrestleMania the best one ever and as the greatest pro wrestling PPV overall. This card featured an all-star headliner with The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin, and an overall roster still in their prime during the WWE's hottest period. Let's dive deep into The Old Icebox and discuss more on whether the GOAT status of WrestleMania 17 holds true.

2026/03/13

At least for the NFL because another new league year is officially here, and that the road to the 2026 regular season begins, starting with free agency. Dylan gives his filthy casual takes on the biggest moves and trades, as well as the lack thereof and failed ones, around the league and the very early winners and losers of the true start of the 2025 offseason.

In a wide open home stretch, the Seattle Seahawks proved to stand tall in dominant fashion and now look to start building for their upcoming title defense next fall. Dylan also discusses the offseason needs of improvement for the six other playoff teams that fell short of a Super Bowl and what they must do (if they can) to reach the point of the Big Game next season.

2026/03/02
On this episode of the Very Cold Lasagna Podcast, the 2025 NFL Season Team Recaps series continues, with Part 3 featuring three teams with playoff aspirations and the other three with QB uncertainty heading into this past season. What did they have in common by season's end? A good start that finished in a collapse or a bad start with a strong finish, or somewhere in between. Dylan reviews all six teams and why each of their seasons was one of middling disappointment, before looking at what'll be an important offseason for all of them.

Dylan reviews what went off the rails for those teams and what they must address this offseason to prevent another complete disaster next season.
