As children we are born into a preassigned role.   A role where we rely on our parents to take care of us emotionally, financially and physically. As time passes by we go trough our own experiences and this molds us into unique adults, this causes the dynamic with our parents to change.  For some becoming an adult means having your own beliefs, ideals, opinion and being in touch with your own emotions or possibly being financially independent from your parents.  But how do you go about this change with your parents? How do show them that you are also an adult and now their equal? How do they experience letting go of being the parent as the dynamic continues to change in their retirement? What happens when they need to rely on you emotionally, financially and physically because now you are the adult?

The first episode of season 2 and it starts with a good old sit down with the brothers and we cover one topic after the other.  Your partner, who are they to you and are you giving too much or not enough. Our body, the one thing that can be our pride but also make us feel very uncomfortable. With summer approaching the topic of our body is almost inevitable, we start wondering "are you summer ready", "how do you look" and "how will you prepare for the summer". But while all these questions could be relevant to some, the satisfaction and acceptance of your body starts with self image. How do you see youself, what is acceptable for your body and what do you need to do in order to reach your goal or simply be happy with how you look in the current state.
