Living in the Wound or Living with the Scar
2026/10/23
Send us Fan Mail
What happens when something from your past continues to shape the way you see yourself, your relationships and your life?
In this personal episode, I revisit parts of my own story, and how the Five Levels of Awareness continue to help me move through healing and evolving.
This isn't about pretending the past didn't happen or telling you how you should heal, this is more about sharing what I've learned from my own experience and sharing the difference between living in the wound and learning to live with the scar.
Because sometimes healing isn't about forgetting what happened.
It's about realising that what happened to you doesn't have to decide who you become. We have choices.

The Person in the Glass: What Do You Really Think of Yourself?
2026/09/28
Send us Fan Mail
What if the opinion that matters most isn't anyone else's... but the one you have of yourself?
Have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered...
Do I actually like the person looking back at me?
In this episode, I explore self-worth, approval, social media, numbers, and the difference between being seen and being truly known.
Because your value isn't measured by likes, followers, achievements, or somebody else's opinion of you.
You can be seen by thousands and still feel completely alone.
This episode is inspired by The Man in the Glass, a poem written in 1934 by Peter Dale Wimbrow Sr, that somehow feels just as relevant today.
I first read it back in the 1990s. Decades later, I read it again and realised I was hearing it through very different eyes.
Same poem. Different woman.
So, when you look in the mirror...
Do you actually like the person looking back?

Understanding Tarot: Intuition, Energy & Why No Two Readings Are Ever the Same
2026/05/17
Send us Fan Mail
In this episode, I share my personal perspective after more than 35 years of working with Tarot, exploring how intuition, energy, and intention shape every reading. Tarot isn’t about being told what to do or predicting a fixed future - it’s a tool that helps shift perspective, move energy, and bring awareness to what may be ready to be seen.
I talk about the difference between a connected reading and a “cold read,” what it means to be a conduit for Spirit, and why your own energy plays such an important role when working with the cards.
I also explore why no two readers interpret Tarot the same way and why that’s part of its magic.
This is an honest, grounded conversation about trusting your intuition, deepening your spiritual connection, and allowing Tarot to support you in your own unique way.
Take what resonates… and keep the rest in your pocket for later.

Send us Fan Mail
In this episode of 'An Inside Job with Rose', Rose explores the Train Station Theory through a spiritual lens, weaving it into the tail end of the energy of the Wood Snake year.

2025 Reflection: Healing, Growth & Turning a New Page
2025/12/14
Send us Fan Mail
As we move into the Christmas season and gently close the chapter on 2025, this episode is a heartfelt reflection on healing, growth, and finally feeling 'home'.
In this special episode, I share a blog I recently wrote after reflecting on the tarot cards I pulled for myself for December in my personal 2025 reading. Looking back at these cards, the Queen of Pentacles, the Magician, and the Angel card 'You know what to do', I realised how clearly they reflected the journey I’ve walked this year.
2025 wasn’t about big and dramatic moments. It was about something far deeper: choosing myself, releasing old narratives, healing long-held wounds, and finally stepping into my true self with kindness, trust, and confidence.
In this episode, I reflect on:
How the Queen of Pentacles became a mirror of the woman I’ve grown intoLearning to trust my inner wisdom and the tools I already hadReleasing the old mindset and beliefs -choosing a new and fresh approachWhy inner work isn’t the hardest part—avoiding it isA grounding end-of-year affirmation to help you release 2025 and welcome 2026This episode is reminding you to slow down, reflect on your own year, and honour how far you’ve come, especially the quiet moments of growth that often go unnoticed.
Please Note - January podcast
There will be no podcast episodes in January as I take some time to rest, reconnect with family, and energetically prepare for a big and beautiful 2026. January is being honoured as my sacred pause.

The Power of Surrendering: Stop Fighting Life
2025/11/09
Send us Fan Mail
In this episode, I dive into one of the hardest, yet most transformative spiritual practices... Surrendering!
I share what surrender really means, why it’s not giving up, and how letting go can actually help life unfold more smoothly. Using examples from everyday life and my own journey, I explain how surrender is an active practice of trusting the process, easing tension, and listening to your inner guidance.
Exploring how the ego resists uncertainty and control, and why letting go of the need to manage everything opens the door for clarity, opportunities, and unexpected solutions. I guide you through a reflective exercise with three key questions to help identify what you’re trying to control, what it might feel like to hand it over, and how to trust the unknown. Together with a practical surrendering technique you can use anytime.
If you’ve been pushing, overthinking, or trying to force life to unfold a certain way, and you are exhausted 'trying to make things happen', this episode is your guide.

Supporting Others Without Losing Yourself
2025/09/14
Send us Fan Mail
Do you ever feel like you’re carrying the weight of everyone else’s struggles? As natural empaths, healers, and caregivers, it’s easy to fall into the trap of fixing instead of simply being present. But true support doesn’t come from over-giving, it comes from shining your light without dimming yourself in the process.
In this episode, I’ll share:
✨ Why we’re wired to want to fix others (and how to shift that pattern)
✨ The difference between supporting and rescuing
✨ Practical ways to hold space for someone without draining your energy
✨ How being the light actually helps people more than fixing ever could
This is your reminder that your presence, love, and light are more than enough.
If this episode resonated, please share it with a friend who may be an Empath, or a fixer. It may help them.
