Ramos (Erik Estrada), are being held captive by the Press Room Bomber (Robert Anthony Peters), Detective Jasmine Alicia (Chezale Rodriguez) ignores the FBI when Special Agent Francis (Greg DeBenedetti) doesn't seem too concerned about Harriet's safety. Can Detective Alicia find Harriet and T.J. before another bomb's timer runs out?

Special Agent Francis (Greg DeBenedetti) finds himself with a bomb strapped to his chest, not the proper attire for D.A. Wendall Shepard's funeral.
