The Cleaver, Fillet and Fluting knife
2022/01/18
Welcome back to the next episode of knife shapes! Just one quick announcement we have to make. If you're looking to purchase any of the knives we have talked about on our podcasts, we will be hosting a zoom event on Thursday at 12 pm MST (2 pm EST) to help you purchase these knives. Here's the link to the zoom call ------> https://us06web.zoom.us/j/3781753075 We hope to see you there! 😁 Now, back to the summary. We will be covering the cleaver, filet, and flute knife in this episode. Knowing who to use these knives will save you from struggling with the tough jobs in the kitchen, and it will even allow you to have peace of mind when you have to use them. The cleaver is not used all the time, but it is always a savior when needed. You can think of it as your spare tire in the kitchen. Fillet knives are great for fish, and this knife is super sharp! The fluting knife is a small knife 2-4 inches long for precision work. Remember, if you enjoyed and learned something from this episode to share it with your friends and family!!!
The Cheese Knife and The Brisket Knife
2021/12/23
Welcome back! Today's episode will be about two exclusive knives made by Cutco Cutlery. So of my favorite knives, and should be yours too. The Cheese knife isn't just for cheese but all sticky, starchy foods. It has slotted holes on the blade for not sticky and has Cutcos famous Micro D Edge that no other company has. The Brisket knife is also awesome for its super thin blade that isn't too thin that it loses integrity, but it allows for those super thin slices of cook meat like brisket hence why it's called the "Brisket Knife." Remember, if you enjoyed this episode to share it with your friends and family!!

Owning these knives and knowing how to use them will help you in your day-to-day cooking experience allowing you to have an Easy Knife Life! If you enjoyed this episode, remember to share it with your friends and family!!!

Welcome back! In today's episode, we bring you part 3 of the Knife Shape Series. We will be talking about choppers. Chopping knives are crucial for saving time when it comes to chopping veggies. We have noticed that many people tend to use the smaller serrated utility knife to cut their veggies, which is not that effective, knowing you will have to perform multiple slices, but when you use a chopper, you make one chop. We will talk about the many chopping knives in this episode to figure out what's best for you! If you enjoyed this episode and learned something, remember to share it with your friends and family!
