Advertise on podcast: I said No for the first time

When i created my first podcast 10 months ago i was sad, broken, vulnerable, alone and many other things. On day i just picked my iPad, opened this app and started a podcast about how how i was feeling. For me it was never a podcast, it was a means to share how i was feeling, to be heard and just get that heavy feeling away from my chest. After a super long pause, I decided let y’all know who I actually am and why did i start this podcast in the first place. When i created my first podcast it felt very good, but I didn’t come back create more for 10 MONTHS! But again it’s never too late to start right. SO WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR?! LET’S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!!!!!

To all the people out there who struggled to say No to others, been taken for granted, or struggled  to take a stand for themselves even when they wanted to so badly. I’m not expecting this podcast to change your life completely or something. This podcast is to let you know that you’re not alone. There are millions of people out there who are going through the same thing that you have gone through or going through.
