As a child 8 years old, I lived through my own trauma when I heard this story of a young girl who was killed in Colorado. She had been murdered and was found tied up in her home with her mouth duct taped and other physical traumas. The story still bothers me as an adult, and I would like to explore alternative possibilities as to how Jonbenet died.

This episode is a particularly difficult one. After recording this episode I feel challenged to delve deeper into this topic. Parental involvement in childhood abuse is the topic of this discussion. The topic of abuse is one most can't stomach, but as we enter the dawn of the sixth sun, we must break these destructive cycles. This episode is not as heavy as the ones to come, however the cases I mention in this episode are the ones that have bothered me for sometime. I also would like to encourage you to do your own research.

I am on the right path and this is how I know. Last episode, I discussed how I would move forward as a parent. For my boys, I decided to do something different. The topic of this episode is how you can recognise when you are on the right path.  

I am back! Listen I have been going through it. As some of you know I am a single mother of two boys and have had to make a very difficult decision. I know a lot of single mothers often feel attacked for having our children and so many of us don't have a community to depend on. Luckily for me I do have a support system. This movie is a must see if you haven't seen it or just listen to the episode because it's more than just a children's movie. It is, in fact, about the transformation we are in at the moment. I rewatched this movie just two days before the announcement of Queen Elizabeth's passing. No coincidence. Let us drive deep into the spiritual meaning of Encanto.  

We are comfortable discussing male sexual predators, but we can't discuss female sexual predators without also demonizing the victim, which is often a boy. The damage that female predators cause often goes unaddressed. There is nothing easy about this episode but we have to start talking about it to heal.
