This week we talk about doing the work of therapy and what you can do to begin the healing journey. Lizzo said. “I finally realized that owning up to your vulnerabilities is a form of strength. And making the choice to go to therapy is a form of strength.”
And from Selena Gomez, “I wish more people would talk about therapy. We girls, we’re taugh to be almost too resilient, to be strong and sexy and cool and laid-back, the girl who’s down. We also need to feel allowed to fall apart.”
