In this episode, Ryan and Katie Anderson talk through one of the most powerful things they have done to strengthen their marriage: share their financial info with a group of friends.  We have a conversation on what they did, why they did it, and what that one conversation seven years ago led to in their marriage.   Revealing our financial info feels off limits and strange, even in our deep church relationships where we are not hesitant to talk through sex, pornography, anger, doubt...why?  Keeping these issues to ourselves and siloed in our marriages is a recipe for sin and miscommunication with our spouse.  Opening our whole life, including our money life, to trusted friends takes away the burden of walking through financial issues alone and gives us a lifeline if money is leading to stress, pain, and hurt in our marriages.
