Breakfast at Tiffany's. Translated by Haruki Murakami. I read from the first page. My apologies for it ended in the middle of the sentences. My husband came in to the room where I am so I stopped recording.

I'm going to read Truman Capote's famous book "Breakfast at Tiffany's" translated by Haruki Murakami. I hope you enjoy how it sounds reading in Japanese.

(I said the date is June 16th but meant to say it's 19th) I finished reading Osamu Dazai's book "Setting sun". I admire he's works but not his lifestyle. It's funny that he and I have a something in common...

Osamu Dazai's "Setting sun". This will be the ending of the book. Kazuko wrote the last letter to her lover(Mr.Uehara/Dazai himself). She mentioned that she pregnant his baby and she's willing to take any risks and survive on her own. She said it's a revolution against the old fashioned life style of women.

Osamu Dazai's "Setting sun". Kazuko saw the snake in her backyard. The snake which Kazuko burnt it's eggs before. She knew it came to her for revenge.

Osamu Dazai's "Setting sun". Kazuko met her first love. He was a married man. He kissed her in a sudden. Kazuko realized that she have never fell in love before until then.

Osamu Dazai's "Shayo (Setting sun)". Kazuko meets a man. The love of her life. He is the author of this book, Osamu Dazai himself. The story based on real love story of them.

Osamu Dazai's "Shayo(Setting sun)". Kazuko and her mother had argument. Two ladies had very first fight. Mother needed to ask her daughter to leave the house because of financial problem.

"Shayo", written by Osamu Dazai. A main character Kazuko, reminds her memory in WW2. She was forced to do a hard work in the forest. And she met a young officer. It was their first and last meet.

Thank you for listening to my post. I've been reading"Sasame-yuki" for a while but I will read another book called "Shayo". It's written by Osamu Dazai. A main characters talk in very soft and gracefully. I'll try my best to read it nicely. Hope you enjoy!
