Starting this podcast thing was one of the best decision I took last year. And it helped to heal myself and share my story of struggle with others. But every good things come end. So this is last from me.

From being totally disconnected from our own self .How one can accept our own self just way there are. The journey is difficult,confusing,painful but at the end sucessful one. It is not others job accept us it is our own.

As a human being we always crave for social validation. But things can get really messy if we always care for other's think about us. So how can we get out of this thinking what's others think about us!!!

What's it like to be never be in relationship. Is being single too lonely to handle??? But there are reasons behind it.

As an introvert it's hard to deal with various situations and people. Also some weird habit that comes with it is something become overbearing. As a result even doing small task or going out of comfort can be hard for a introvert.

Overconsumption of anything is dangerous. And so is applied to self help books. It indicates that over knowledge of anything is also not helpful.
