Release energy that no longer serves

We experience lots of different kinds of energy throughout the journey of our life. Emotions are a primary example and when we have intense emotional experiences and do not process these emotional energies we feel, they can attach to our minds, bodies, and energy fields. It is necessary to release this energy that has been stored so we can create space to be filled with Universal Peace and Love and no longer be bound by old situations and experiences. Namaste good people :) I truly hope this helps in some way.

Doing good for others makes you feel good

The best feeling in the universe is when you care about others and take action to meet their needs, stepping outside of yourself. Do it yourself and recruit a friend to do the same, and see who can do more good! Take a listen for a simple practice on how to get er done. Namaste peeps :)

It is a common tendency to judge, but we don't have to, we have the power to change our energetic state to one of acceptance and love, helping others grow and feel supported rather than be torn down.
