From disconnected, disembodied states of trauma, wounding and fight or flight defense mechanisms to a fully integrated and embodied state of relaxed ecstasy. This is where erotic consciousness begins to play a role in evolution. Not a moment before. We must be fully online in our physical bodies, integrated and in a state of regulated nervous system, open heart, and reclaimed in our true essence; our sense of power, sexuality, and trust. Harmonious internal energetics and full range and depth of relationship to all aspects of self. Then we may invite our consciousness to evolve to greater than it has been, into that of erotic consciousness.

Why is it so difficult? Most of us feel deeply uncomfortable or unsafe in our own bodies and therefore avoid relaxing, because then we would have to drop into our bodies and actually face what we are holding in there. However, learning the valuable skill of fully relaxing is vital to our evolution.

The Earth doesn't need us, we need her. She can get rid of us anytime, so we must come home to the provocative truth that we ARE nature, and act accordingly.
