During  Alex‘s career at the Sydney Swans he suffered six ACL knee reconstructions. He went on to miss 2136 days of AFL football. One of the biggest episode’s of 2021 In this weeks special  podcast episode I sat down with ex AFL St Kilda football player Paddy Mccartin. Paddy opened up about his Afl career, speaking about his head concussions he suffered  and the mental health challenges he has faced  through out his life in football. While you may think this is a heart breaking footy story our great friend Paddy is healthy and well now which is fantastic and we look forward to his return to football this season with the Sydney Swans VFL team.
