Description
Strength & Conditioning requires one to have a grasp of the underpinning knowledge, and just as importantly, the ability to transfer this information within different contexts. Join us as we explore coaches’ experiences, work in S&C, and also their approaches to learning within their environments. Nowadays, the ‘what’ is simply not enough, it is the ‘so what now’ and ‘how’ that really makes the difference. This podcast is the first of it’s kind, where we attempt to bring together the science of learning and training.
