Why I feel being present is so important

Recognizing gossip that doesn’t serve you and not continuing the cycle of anger or nastiness that comes with it

Sometimes we don’t recognize blocks because we keep detouring, but we need to work through them or give ourselves space to keep moving forward

Today I speak about feeling defeated and ways in which changing my mindset towards it has helped me feel less frustration.
