This week the boys have the great Paul Coffey on the podcast. Paul is an NHL hall of famer and has 21 seasons under his belt from 1978 to 2001. He even has some records in his professional career including most goals by a defenseman in the regular season and playoffs combined at 455! Not to mention, he is a 4 time Stanley Cup champion, 3 with the Edmonton Oilers and one with the Pittsburgh Penguins. In the episode, the boys talk about what it was like playing in those time and how it felt to play against each other and now being close friends. 

On today's episode, Sergio and Trevor welcome guest Phil Bourque to the podcast. With 18 seasons in the NHL and 2 Stanley cup wins under his belt, not to mention playing with the legend Mario Lemieux, Phil has some pretty amazing stories to tell. Now working as the radio color commentary for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Phil recounts stories from the NHL and from playing in Europe against Sergio. He also speaks about his terrible climbing accident which left him out of hockey for few months. Upon his recovery he went on to play another 6 years in the NHL before finishing his career with the Hamburg Crocodiles.

On todays episode, Trevor and Sergio take some time to talking about some old stories Sergio remembers from playing with Craig Coxe. He recalls about almost being late for a meeting with the teams general manager and playing black jack on the bench during a game. 

This week on the pod, the boys have Shayne Corson on. Shayne played 17 years in the NHL and 11 of which with the Montreal Canadiens and has over 1500 games played in the NHL. Together they talk about what it was like for Shayne to lose his father during his NHL career, suffering with depression and anxiety and share a few laughs from the good ole' days. 

This week Sergio and Trevor are joined by ex Montreal Canadiens player, TSN 690 host of Off the Cuff and one of Sergio's best buddies, Chris Nilan .  Chris played in the NHL for 13 years and 10 seasons of those in the NHL. The boys talk about the old days in the NHL and stories from the dressing room during the "Brawl in the Hall" of 1986. Chris also recounts when he stole the Stanley Cup and the day he had with it afterwards and many more stories. 

This week Sergio and Trevor are joined by ex Vancouver Canucks goalie, chairman of the Canucks Alumni and Sergio's old roommate, Kirk McLean. Kirk has played 16 seasons in the NHL and 11 of them with the Vancouver Canucks. The boys talk about stories from on the road, the current state of the NHL and what it was like growing up as a goalie and the career that comes with it. 

On today's podcast Sergio and Trevor talk about the recent weeks with the Montreal Canadiens and the firing of coach Claude Julien and how it's affected the team. Then the boys welcome for the first time, Guy Carbonneau to the show and talk about what it was like playing threw a coaching change, stories from on the road and Guy's journey in his professional hockey career.
