06 Six questions to reflect on your year with Janet and Helen
2021/12/15
Today Helen and I are talking you through a useful framework you can use to reflect on your year. These are 6 questions to ask about your year as a consultant . You can also use these questions if you are working as an employee but wish to move into consulting as they may give you some ideas about the direction you could go in the future. This is an episode where you need to find a quiet space, perhaps an hour to yourself.  For us this is part of self-care. Make sure you have a pen, paper and something nice to drink. There's a lot of celebrating of yourself in this episode - something frankly we don't do often enough.   Something we can forget as we go quickly from one thing to another. So it's time to put a sign on your door and carve some space, and show yourself some appreciation! ________________________________________________________________________________________ More resources are available here: https://www.womensconsultingworkshop.com/learning ________________________________________________________________________________________ The Women's Consulting Workshop is our free private group for women who are working in consulting.
