Sauerkraut and Smoked Sausage

We are back with another recipe that is sure to be a hit, especially here in the winter. This is a great dish for leftovers, and it very easy to make. The good thing about this is, instead of making new sauerkraut, we are just improving on the stuff from a store, which is MUCH easier. But with that, lets get cooking! Ingredients 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 yellow onion 1 large apple (preferably crisp and sweet) 1 teaspoon sugar 4 cups sauerkraut salt and pepper 1.5 cups water 1 tsp juniper berries (optional) Smoked sausage (bratwurst, kielbasa, ex) If you want something to eat with it, you can make a mustard sauce with 1/2 cup stone ground mustard 1/4 cup sour cream
Poppy Seed Chicken

Hello and welcome back everyone! I'm glad to be back, and can't wait to start cooking with you all again! To start it off, we're gonna make a classic dish that is always a hit, poppy seed chicken. This is a super easy, and super hands-off, dish that will definitely become a staple. So lets get cooking!
