Being the spoopy season, I have returned with a short story read for you all.  This is a bit of fan fiction, based off of a Poe story, and one of my favorite villains.  I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed writing ad recording. Come and listen to a story about some seriously depraved individuals.  You want blood?  It's here.  You want robbery?  Here too.  These are some of the worst individuals one could possibly ever hear about.  Yes, I used "bad words" abundantly.  You've been warned. 250 years.... Lexington.  Concord.  Boston.  Places that one this day, exactly 250 years ago, a great struggle went from being words and ideas, to action and blood.  In this episode, I lightly go over the events leading up to The Shot Heard 'Round the World, as well as the implications that have been brought forward into our modern times.  This is sure to spark some discussion ,and hopefully some thoughts. Also, I would love to have a review or two to be able to read on the next recording.  :) Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/blood-of-a-buckeye--4855824/support.

160 years ago, a fire was brought forth onto the state of Georgia.  That wrath was named William Tecumseh Sherman.  I'll be covering this story, pulling from my years of reading about it, as well as reading from Sherman's personal memoirs.  Enjoy this unconvential Christmas tale! A reading of H. P. Lovecraft's "The Rats in The Walls".  Please realzie that some of the story has been edited for language, but not all.  This is a historical work, and although the worst language has been changed, there could still be a word or two that may upset some folks.  Such is life.  I have also done my best to pronounce any Latin correctly, but I am definitely not a linguist.
