The childhood ditty goes something like this: “ Sticks and stones can break your bones but words will never hurt you.”  Well, that simply is not true . Dive into our discussion this evening as we discuss the power of our words and how words can trigger pain, and have the singular ability to HELP, HEAL, HURT, HARM, HUMILIATE or HUMBLE. Yes, the “stakes are high” so we are warned to watch our mouth.

The book of 2 Corinthians 3:17 says: “Where the Spirit of the Lord is their is LIBERTY”…… REMEMBER? Sure I do, but today the frustration is real and that is just where we find the ladies.  So what do you do? You talk through it and remind yourself that in the midst of your frustration and numerous other emotions you may be experiencing the only thing that you and I can do to control the situation is our reaction to it; so start counting… 1. Lord I thank you,  2. Lord I praise you, get the picture?
