This is the first of many missing persons and cold case episode I will put up on a weekly basis.  First we look into the case of D'Lisa Kelley as the  family cries of distress and worry were ignored, leaving their loved one helpless until it was too late. Next we will go forward to a case of Tony Timpa a man who was killed by police using excessive force. You we will HEAR officers making fun of this man. Tony Timpa dies with them ridiculing him in pain.
