Join us, as Sterling & Josh lament the days of sitting on Xbox Live with your friends after a hard day at school. What started as a hobby that allowed them to connect with friends led to hundreds of hours in Balatro. And somehow through it all, they still manage to talk about reality TV. Just a couple of gals, kiki-ing over their love of the game.

Sterling chats with Will Borger about Advance Wars, a beloved Nintendo series that has you rethinking your every move. It's amazing how such a simple-looking game can be so mechanically deep, and lead to such endless memories. The days of the Game Boy Advance were sacred to many, especially strategy fans.

Sometimes, pixels can be more beautiful than real life, and in the instance of Octopath Traveler, that's completely true. Sterling & Jerel join eight travelers on a journey to find redemption, freedom, truth, and treasure. Join them as they discuss a masterpiece that completely changed the JRPG genre.

A game ingrained in the memories of those who spent long nights raiding in the early 2000's, World of Warcraft has captured the hearts of many.  Our guest in this episode is Brian Barnett, a man who went through love, loss, and many stages of life while having World of Warcraft as his constant companion. Brian will have you feeling nostalgic even if you've never played WoW before. Sterling's Twitter: @SilverSt3rling Brian's Twitter: @ribnax

We're finally back after a long hiatus, and with us comes a long episode about the biggest celebration of video games, Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Sterling is joined by Charlie Wacholz & Brandon Alvelo to talk about a game that has become much more than just a fighting/party game, but something that has been with them since their careers started as game journalists. As strange as it sounds, there's something comforting about the loneliness of Don't Starve. You're stuck in a world with nothing but the sound of chipping birds and the occasional gust of wind. It's daunting, with so many ways to die and constant new things to discover, Don't Starve is intimidating, yet rising to the challenge is incredibly fun. How can a world that is seemingly so empty have so much to do in it? Sterling is joined by Jazzy's Games, a content creator with a deep passion and love for Don't Starve. They've both built relationships around a survival game that was meant to be isolating, yet they've built so much community around it. Relax and enjoy this episode but just remember there is only one rule, Don't Starve. While most gamers grew up playing Super Mario 64, Abram & Sterling grew up in the days of the Wii and fell in love with the beautiful planets of Super Mario Galaxy. From the tropical paradise of the Beach Bowl Galaxy to the sweeping melodies of Gusty Garden, this game oozes gorgeous visuals, inventive gameplay, and one of the best soundtracks in all of gaming. We go off the rails a wee bit as we get lost in our passion for Nintendo, but we try to do right by Super Mario Galaxy, as it deserves all the praise it gets. Who knew space could have so much colour?

The bell has been run and the first flame is dying. But the age of fire may yet be prolonged despite the ritual being abandoned by its bearer. The kingdom of Lothric is harsh yet beautiful, dying, yet unyielding. Will you have the strength to return the lords of cinder to their thrones? Or will you become just another unkindled? In this episode, Sterling is joined by two veterans of the dank halls of Lothric, Eric Vincent & Jeremy Cradlebaugh, to talk about the world of Dark Souls 3. Released only six years ago, has this game already become a classic? Relax as Eric and Jeremy retell Dark Souls 3 has shaped them as gamers. Ah, Mario Party, the game that brought so much competition, yelling, and broken dreams of becoming a superstar to our Friday nights, both as kids and adults. To talk about this legendary party game, Sterling is joined by Lily Zaldivar, someone so passionate about Mario Party that she studies the game's algorithm. Listen to how some of her most sacred bonds were created because of a magical Mario game.

Walking through the tall grass for the first time as day turns to night, getting your first Pokemon egg, uncovering the mysteries of the Johto region; there are so many memories to be had with Pokemon Gold and Silver. Join Sterling and his guest, George Young as they mostly discuss speedrunning Pokemon and struggle to stay on the topic of actually talking about Gold & Silver. It's an absolute blast as these two look back fondly as what it was like to be a kid, and only worry about trying to catch em' all.

Video games like Ocarina of Time can impact someone regardless of when they play them. For Daniel, it was during his childhood. For Barry, it was his teenage years. And for Sterling, it was in his college years. Ocarina of Time is one of the most important video games ever, from watching the Great Deku Tree pass to rolling across Hyrule Field, and even being trapped in the Sacred Realm. These iconic moments are imprinted in our memories. Can Hyrule's destiny really depend on such lazy boys?
