Possible reasons include the stigma attached to mental health within these communities, limited representation, and lack of awareness of cultural or religion-related issues in the profession. In this episode we speak to mental health counsellor Nada Rahmouni to learn more about the particular aspects therapists must navigate as well as broader issues including anxiety, trauma, parenting, and self care.
