Think about where your brain floats off to when you’re not busy. Does it default to worrying about money? Does it default to obsessing over that conversation you had, what someone thinks of you? Does it go to news and politics? Thinking about your business strategies? Or do you just make your schedule so busy that your brain doesn’t have time to wander? Chances are these 1-2 topics will come up for you on a loop, a LOT. Your default state is the feeling you get from constantly thinking these things. It's actually the most comfortable feeling for you- even if it's negative, you're used to feeling it.
