When commitment and consistency is challenged
2026/10/19
I’m back in your ears after a few weeks…
My family have been navigating the death of my brother and everything that comes with that.
I’m slowly reentering my work with a tender heart and a raw vulnerability of not being entirely sure of what life looks like now.
On reflection, I started thinking of the times my commitment and consistency has been challenged since I started my business… and that’s what I’m sharing today.
I am opening one or two spots for 1:1 coaching, if that’s you, please Book a FREE Discovery Call: https://jacirogash.as.me/discoverycall

Your version of average is someone else's inspiration

A simple story on my instagram page of me doing boxjumps received so many comments about how amazing it was. Until I got those messages, I thought it was nothing special.
In this episode I’m sharing the two lenses you can look through when you think about yourself, what you do an what you’re creating - and how they can either fuel or define you.
Also - I’m opening up 2 spots for 1:1 coaching - if you want to see if it’s a good fit for you, book a discovery call!

I've been seen more than ever before
2026/09/07
Over 800,000 people have seen my face in the last week.
I have been seen more than ever before… which on one hand was great - but I REALLY had to tend to myself.
I got overwhelmed.
I started worry about being judged.
It wasn’t just this glorious experience with no nervous system reaction.
In this ep - I’m breaking down what happened when I had a reel go viral!
The best realisation to come from this:
“I’ve performed for so long and I refuse to ever do that again”
I am not interested in molding myself to suit other people. I realise that not everyone will like me and that’s ok.
What I know is that my community and my clients choose to work with me because of who I am. Because they can relate to me. Because they can see themselves in me. Because they know I can hold space for them and I never pretend to be perfect and I don’t shy away from the challenges that face us.

Violet Lange: Building incredible relationships after trauma
2026/08/17
You are in for a treat this week my friend.
I had the treat of interviewing the incredible Violet Lange - where we spoke about… lots.
Violet shared about her traumatic childhood, what led to her doing the work she does, the biggest challenges she sees in her clients when it comes to building relationships, how she supports her clients, relationships with toxic parents and SO MUCH MORE.
It was honestly so amazing and I know we could have expanded on every part so much more, but this conversation will leave you feeling inspired, hopeful and maybe a little less alone.
Violet helps smart, spiritual humans to attract and create lasting love, and helps those in partnership to create soulful sex.
She is a professionally trained coach, yoga teacher, and Reiki Master who graduated from Harvard and left the corporate world to follow her passion — empowering people to heal trauma and heartbreak, and become the match for bold love in every area of life. As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, she is passionate about alchemizing our deepest wounds into joy.
Violet believes love is the most powerful force on the planet. Through love we can build healthy families and a healthy world.
I can’t wait for you to hear this episode.

Building confidence in your vision
2026/08/03
Most people think they need more confidence before they can be seen. They think they have to have everything sorted out, all their ducks in a row and THEN they’ll do the thing.
You don’t get confident by not doing something, you get confident by doing it. And before you take action, you need to trust yourself.
In this episode I’m breaking down:
What I mean by ‘feel ready’Why trauma teaches you visibility isn’t safeHow to uncover the real reason you’ve been holding yourself backThe negative beliefs you’re reinforcing by delaying your visions. If you’re fed up with your own excuses and want some support from me and an incredible community of people, I’d love you to join me for The Unveiling.
3 weeks of masterclasses, support and growth so you can start taking action.

Elizabeth Banks: Survivng, Healing and Thriving After Domestic Violence
2026/07/20
Come and join me for a really personal, honest and real conversation with the incredible Elizabeth Banks.
In this episode we talk about Elizabeth’s journey from an abusive marriage to learning to trust herself again. We talk about the cycles she had to break, the conditioning, her survival and how she rebuilt.
Elizabeth is a counsellor, speaker, and the founder of The Village Health.
She spends her days sitting with women as they rebuild themselves after trauma and abuse. She spent years before that doing the same work in her own life. Elizabeth is a victim survivor of family violence. She knows the loneliness of not being believed, and the long, unglamorous work of learning to trust yourself again.
She speaks on coercive control, the hidden reality of high-functioning survivors, parenting through trauma and the path back to yourself after abuse.
This episode does come with a trigger warning as we do talk about domestic violence, mental health and abusive families. Beyond that though, this episode is an incredibly liberating and inspiring conversation.

Sometimes growth sucks
2026/07/13
I had an entire episode mapped out for this week, and then I woke up at 3am with a very clear message that this is what needs to be shared.
There’s a myth that growth is always effortless and easy… It’s not.
This week I’m sharing some very exciting news, but also the mess that I’ve had to go through to get to where I’m at.

The biggest reason trauma survivors don't go after their big dreams
2026/07/06
The biggest reason trauma survivors don’t go after their big dreams is because of the fear of “What if it doesn’t work?”
But it’s deeper than that, because what if it doesn’t work has so many more layers. Tune in to this weeks episode to learn more.
Here’s the practice to move through your fear of “What if it doesn’t work?”
In what ways am I comfortable in life right now? What is my big vision? What do I secretly want for myself but am scared to admit? When I think about “What if it doesn’t work?” - what do I feel, what thoughts do I have, what beliefs come up? (This is where you need to go deep. This isn’t a one line answer - this is a deep dive into what’s actually happening internally)
Where do my fears come from? Where have I ‘failed’ before, where have I been mocked, where was I discouraged from dreaming big? Stand up and shake your body for 30 seconds- or put on a song and shake to itWhen I think about my big vision, how does that version of life make me feel? How does that vision support me and those around me? What is 1 belief I need to reframe / upgrade to help me bring my vision to life? What is 1 small action I can take to help me move towards this vision? (Examples: upgrade IG bio, plan what it looks like, write 100 words, research something)

The story behind how I became a coach
2026/06/29
I’ve shared my personal journey, my trauma, my wobbly moments and everything in between.
But as I was sitting on the plane coming home from my Bali wedding - I want to say honeymoon, but let’s be real - a honeymoon to me does not involve children haha - when I realised, I’ve never really shared my journey to becoming a coach, or why I chose to.
It wasn’t an overnight decision.
It wasn’t an overnight success.
But it was a process that allowed me to work out what’s really important to me and find my passion.
