The goal of this podcast is to spread the life transforming Word of God throughout the world: for the equipping of the saints to do the work of the ministry, and to build up the Body of Christ in what Jesus has accomplished for us through His death, burial, resurrection and seating at the right hand of God the Father. There's such an untapped potential for Christians to enter into their glorious inheritance in Jesus Christ. Elementary Principles: Making your Calling and Election Sure
2026/10/03
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series- “Making your Calling and Election Sure”. Can a Christian really lose their salvation? The short answer is yes, but it’s really hard to do so; in other words it’s not something baby Christians can do. What about the teaching of eternity Security or Once Saved Always Saved- is that Biblical? We will also be examining false teachers and the Scriptural approach to Church discipline.  2 Peter 1:10-11                                                                                                                                                   Therefore, my brothers and sisters, be all the more eager to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never fall, and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Support the show
Elementary Principles: Eternal Judgment
2026/07/04
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series- “Eternal Judgment”. There is a heaven to be gained and a hell to be shunned. The spiritual realm is more real than this material world we make contact with through our physical bodies. The good news it that by making Jesus one’s personal Lord and Savior, we can spend eternity with Him in His presence. The alternative is being banished into an eternal state of torment shut out from the presence of God- the choice is ours, please choose life by choosing Jesus.    John 14:6                                                                                                                                                      Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”   -         Hebrews 6:2, “… and eternal judgment.” -         Judgment: for those who are condemned in a court of law                                            resulting in punishment o   Romans 1:32; 5:16; 1 Peter 4:17-18; Revelation 14:6-7 o   Gr: to go to law, decision for/or against based on a crime- to avenge, condemn Hebrews 9:27, “Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment”  Please check out my website: www.wordinspire.org Support the show
Elementary Principles: The Resurrection of the Dead
2026/06/30
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series- “The Resurrection of the Dead”. Humans are eternal spirit beings, and after this life, will enter into eternity with eternal physical bodies- saints and sinners alike. The question is where and in what state will we spend eternity- the answer is determined by whether we accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior.     -         Hebrews 6:2, “… the resurrection of the dead...”                  -         The word “Resurrection” is a word that is only used in the New Testament -         Greek- “A standing up again; raised to life again; rise from the dead” -         God had created mankind to live forever in their physical bodies -         Even though sin changed that, it’s only temporary- for saint and sinner -         Not just mankind, but creation itself will be liberated from decay  Please check out my website: www.wordinspire.org Support the show
Elementary Principles: The Laying on of Hands
2026/06/06
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series- “The Laying on of Hands”. Impartations of God’s grace is seen throughout Scripture through the laying on of hands. It represents a supernatural transaction, representing the transfer of virtue in the form of: Blessing, Authority, Healing, Power of God and the Holy Spirit.   -         Hebrews 6:2, “… the laying on of hands...” -         The doctrine of laying on of hands can be seen throughout the Bible -         It carries with it the act of passing something from one person(s) to another -         It also speaks of the authority invested in us by God to be a blessing Please check out my website: www.wordinspire.org Support the show
Elementary Principles: Instruction about Baptisms
2026/05/02
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series- “Instruction about Baptisms”. We are all familiar with water baptism, but did you know that there are three other kinds of baptisms in Scripture?    -         Hebrews 6:2, “instruction about baptisms...”            notice it’s in the plural -         The word ‘Baptized’ comes from the Greek word ‘baptizo’ (bap-tid’-zo) -         To immerse or submerge into something; to make overwhelmed (fully wet) -         There are four different baptisms that we see in Scripture Please check out my website: www.wordinspire.org Support the show
Elementary Principles: Faith In God
2026/02/19
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series- “Faith in God”. What is Faith, Where does it come From, How is it Released and Can it be Increased? These are just a few of the questions we will be covering in this podcast. Faith is part of the trinity of God’s Attributes that He has imparted into us through the new birth by the gift of eternal life- recreated back into His image with the very life and nature of God.  2 Corinthians 5:16-17 So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!   1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.     Please check out my website: www.wordinspire.org Support the show
Elementary Principles: Repentance from Dead Works
2026/02/12
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series- “Repentance from Dead Works”. Religion is an invention of mankind as a means of elevating themselves before God. Rooted in pride and self-righteousness, it becomes hostile towards grace and repentance. The problem is that religious traditions are relative fabrications that are self-serving and run contrary to God’s grace and truth found in the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.  Hebrews 6:1, “not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death...” o   The margin of my bible says “or from useless rituals” o   YLT - “reformation from dead works” others say “useless works, dead formalism” James 1:26-27 If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless. Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.    Please check out my website: www.wordinspire.org Support the show
Elementary Principles: Going onto Maturity
2026/02/07
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series- “Going onto Maturity”. In this episode we’ll talk about spiritual growth and the stages of development. The essence of spiritual maturity is exhibited by our love walk- the God kind of Love described in…  1 Corinthians 13:4-8 AMP Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God's love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end].   The law of the new Covenant is that we walk in Love towards people as Jesus loved us.  Please check out my website: www.wordinspire.org Support the show
Elementary Principles: Introduction
2026/01/22
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the "Elementary Principles about Christ" series. Over the years I have observed the great need for Christians to learn and become established in the elementary teachings of Jesus Christ. Since graduating from Bible College, I had focused my studies in the area of Christian education. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of serving in churches in a teaching capacity, whether it was with children, youth, young adults, discipleship classes, home Bible studies, missions etc.  There is such a tremendous need and opportunity for sharing and investing God’s Word into the lives of others.  In elementary school we learned the basics: Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. These basic skills serve as an essential foundation for future learning. Likewise, as disciples of Jesus Christ, there are fundamental truths in God’s Word that first must be grasped before moving onto the weightier subjects in Scripture.  The goal of this podcast series is to lay a foundation of basic Biblical truths for new believers; using the Scriptural text found in Hebrews 5:11-6:12 as the basis for our study. For those readers who have been Christians for some time, I trust this material will serve to fill in some blanks that may be missing in your spiritual life. I have found that when it comes to Biblical teaching, we are all like Swiss cheese, full of holes- missing various fill in the blank truths. My prayer for you is that these podcasts will serve to create a bigger picture of Biblical reality in your life. God Bless! Please check out my website: www.wordinspire.org Support the show

Jesus sent him away at once with a strong warning: “See that you don’t tell this to anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.” Instead he went out and began to talk freely, spreading the news. As a result, Jesus could no longer enter a town openly but stayed outside in lonely places. Yet the people still came to him from everywhere.  Support the show

Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the Gospel Series- The Miracles of Jesus:   www.wordinspire.org Miracle: “The Demoniac Delivered” Reference: Mark 1:21-28; Luke 4:31-37  Theme: No need to look for demons, when they raise their ugly heads cast them out and continue on Context: Jesus was at Capernaum teaching in the synagogue Mark 1:21-28 They went to Capernaum, and when the Sabbath came, Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach. The people were amazed at his teaching, because he taught them as one who had authority, not as the teachers of the law. Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an evil spirit cried out, “What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are — the Holy One of God!” “Be quiet!” said Jesus sternly. “Come out of him!” The evil spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek. The people were all so amazed that they asked each other, “What is this? A new teaching — and with authority! He even gives orders to evil spirits and they obey him.” News about him spread quickly over the whole region of Galilee.  Support the show
The Miracles of Jesus: The Catch of Fish
2025/05/19
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the Gospel Series- The Miracles of Jesus:   www.wordinspire.org Miracle: “The Catch of Fish” Reference: Luke 5:1-11 Theme: When it comes time to reap your harvest, it’s not always going to be convenient- trust and obey Context: Peter and his companions had fished all night and had caught nothing Luke 5:1-11 One day as Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, with the people crowding around him and listening to the word of God, he saw at the water’s edge two boats, left there by the fishermen, who were washing their nets. He got into one of the boats, the one belonging to Simon, and asked him to put out a little from shore. Then he sat down and taught the people from the boat. When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink. When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees and said, “Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!” For he and all his companions were astonished at the catch of fish they had taken, and so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, Simon’s partners. Then Jesus said to Simon, “Don’t be afraid; from now on you will catch men.” So they pulled their boats up on shore, left everything and followed him.  Support the show
The Miracles of Jesus: Healing of the Official’s Son
2025/05/19
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the Gospel Series- The Miracles of Jesus:   www.wordinspire.org Miracle: “Healing of the Official’s Son” Reference: John 4:46-54 Theme: Recognizing who to go to for help, even if it’s your last option- go to Jesus, for He is the answer Context: Back in Cana of Galilee, Jesus performed His second miraculous sign John 4:46-54 Once more he visited Cana in Galilee, where he had turned the water into wine. And there was a certain royal official whose son lay sick at Capernaum. When this man heard that Jesus had arrived in Galilee from Judea, he went to him and begged him to come and heal his son, who was close to death. “Unless you people see miraculous signs and wonders,” Jesus told him, “you will never believe.” The royal official said, “Sir, come down before my child dies.” Jesus replied, “You may go. Your son will live.” The man took Jesus at his word and departed. While he was still on the way, his servants met him with the news that his boy was living. When he inquired as to the time when his son got better, they said to him, “The fever left him yesterday at the seventh hour.” Then the father realized that this was the exact time at which Jesus had said to him, “Your son will live.” So he and all his household believed. This was the second miraculous sign that Jesus performed, having come from Judea to Galilee.  Support the show
The Miracles of Jesus: Water made into Wine
2025/05/10
Send us Fan Mail Welcome to the Gospel Series- The Miracles of Jesus:   www.wordinspire.org Miracle: “Water made into Wine” Reference: John 2:1-11 Theme: God is willing to perform a miracle for the little things in our lives, because He is so good Context: Jesus was at a wedding in Cana of Galilee with Mary and His disciples John 2:1-11 On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding.  When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.” “Dear woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My time has not yet come.” His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim. Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so, and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside  and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.” This, the first of his miraculous signs, Jesus performed at Cana in Galilee. He thus revealed his glory, and his disciples put their faith in him.    Support the show
