#13 - How to calm down the "puppy dog" crazy mind
2021/09/09
mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, ramblings and discussions + music and laughter.
#12 - Birches are our "now" teacher
2021/09/01
🎤Sharings about the fulfillment gained from tangible, useful work in the material world (as compared to computer work); more gentleness and insights as we observe the birches outside our living room window swaying with the wind and putting up no resistance to that which is right now. We hope this will be a nice podcast to listen to if you're having an active-mind or crazy-emotions kind of a day. May it be a breath of fresh air and a returning back to yourself and the here and now. Enjoy!
We welcome feedback, as always, to [email protected]

#11 - "No" and "Maybe" are always valid answers to a request
2021/08/17
What are the 4 possible answers that you can make to a request?
#10: Abundance through fasting?
2021/06/30
What does abundance and true wealth mean to you? We’re musing here today on how the happiest people we know (and some of the happiest experiences of our own lives) have been in the context of material humility, not abundance. How can we be materially wealthy and happy, long-term, at the same time? Do we have the role models to show us the way?
Your feedback is welcome to [email protected] Shout out to Rachael Gorjestani on Unsplash for the cover photo😃🌻
#9 - You are bigger than your thoughts
2021/06/25
“I've had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.” - Mark Twain
Today we dive deeper into what’s going on inside of our minds. How do we get distance from these thought patterns and stories that grip our attention so persistently? Are you your thoughts…? Maybe dis-identifying with thoughts is the first step we need to take. Let’s explore self-observation and why G. is convinced that self-observation is one of THE most important personal practices of his life. There will also be more on how to “play” with thoughts in a light, fun way, and how to actually stop worrying all the time. Do we dare to believe that it’s possible to keep this wild mind on a short leash? Absolutely we do, or, in any case, we’re 90% sure 😃 Yes, it takes a lot of practice, but it’s also really worth it.
Which tools work best for you when you're dealing with your wild mind? We'd love to hear from you: [email protected]

#8 - Are friendships possible between men & women? maybe biology is simply stronger...
2021/06/22
This convo started out about different communication styles between men and women, as we also touch upon different perceptions of reality between the sexes. And then..it snowballed into another discussion completely (time stamp 11:35) : can (heterosexual) men and women be friends (and not more)? Is it possible to have a deep, meaningful friendship with someone of the opposite sex when we are not in a romantic relationship? The question and discussion triggered quite a bit of emotions for both of us. We’re still breathing through this and releasing lots of old stuff that got triggered, especially sadness. And that’s OK too. Keep breathing! 🌻🌼🌸
What are your experiences? What do you think?
As always we’d love to hear your feedback on: [email protected]

#7 - Is it time to start playing with your mind?
2021/06/10
The thought process and that crazy mental chatter can really feel overwhelming sometimes. Let’s talk about a few strategies including the “crazy uncle” strategy, working with inner child (and, FYI, did you know that being with children is so triggering to our own inner child?).
How can we move to a more creative mode? Is it possible to play with time? Can you take some distance from your own mind?
The challenge continues! Comments and feedback, as always are welcome to [email protected]
Episode#6 (PL🇵🇱) Życie w ruchu; łączenie półkul i czas spędzony w przyrodzie
2021/06/04
Why dating yourself matters...especially after a difficult break-up
2021/06/02
An off the cuff episodes comes to you again…from the forest. Here we’re sharing about the importance of how we handle ourselves, and our sexual energy, after an important, romantic relationship comes to an end. Is there something we can do to better learn from the experience? Maybe there’s a way to clean up one’s own energy in such a fashion that the next, new relationship is going to feel even more fresh and exciting?
Chime in with us here as we share about some of our own experiences and reflections post break-ups. There's lots here to explore when it comes to managing self + managing sexual energy.
Do you have your own strategies that have worked well for you to recover and reconnect with yourself after a tough break-up? What have you seen work (or not work so well) for you and for those close to you?
Comments are more than welcome and can be sent to: [email protected]
Are we playing with fire? About plant ceremonies and long-term integration
2021/05/22
Time gives insightful perspectives. Today we want to share with you about our own experiences with plant medicines (we’ll mostly refer to Ayahuasca, but there are many more out there such as Peyote, etc.). We did not know each other at the time but we both experienced these powerful plant ceremonies in South America at various moments in our past (7, 10 or 15 years ago). We’ve stayed lucid since then continuing with daily or regular practices of meditation, yoga and breath work as our main spiritual tools. We both in our separate observations have known these plant medicine experiences to bring profound healing and insight…and also profound difficulty and challenge to our own psyches. We both know those who have had a very difficult time living “normal” lives after participating in these shamanic circles. Intense experiences can be beautiful, yes, but sometimes the intensity can feel like too much.
Are we playing with fire when we engage in such state-altering experiences? How do we make the integration of these experiences possible in the long-term and still live balanced, healthy and happy lives right back here in the “mundane” worldly existence?
We are asking the following: How can we “see God” (and our own shadow) and go back to our regular work and lives? And can we ever, in a lucid state, experience that beautiful ceremony-like energy again? :-)
This is a huge topic, and one we may revisit in the future too.
When all my dreams come true will I be happy forever?
2021/05/14
Hi guys, here's our daily ramble about happiness and the nature of the mind. Enjoy the bird and airplane sounds (and more) as we record this from our garden in its sunny springtime beauty. Some of today's topics include: 1. how the mind can still make us unhappy even when we have everything we ever wanted 2. how to exit these crazy thought patterns and feel present again in the moment... 3. More reminders of how mindfulness can be a very useful tool for enjoying the present moment
Interwoven with our own home-baked jokes and metaphors, of course. Enjoy!
