Advertise on podcast: Meditations by Bhavna

This was recorded on 31st May 2026 at a remote village in North-east India. It was the second full moon of May. I have worked and absorbed the untouched energy of the land for the meditation. The place was near a beautiful pine forest. I have used natural sounds at night to record the meditation. There might be some human, animal sounds, stay focused on my voice.

This is a Tapping - EFT meditation called The Golden Light. This can be used for generating feelings of ease and comfort within your own self and enhancing confidence in you.

Meditation to activate and supercharge 3 lower chakras - The Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras on the sacred land of Provence. This Meditation is to come into your own power as a Goddess and Priestess lineage in daily life.

This meditation is for releasing subconscious negative beliefs and subconscious fears. Towards the end we do a person specific forgiveness. Enjoy!

Have you ever talked to the stars and the sky? Have you looked up at the evening sky and wondered what's beyond the space above that you see? Have you wondered where is home? Have you had dreams and remembrances of your "home" far way in a different galaxy or dimension? This podcast is my conversation on one of those days. It was a very deep connection with Mother Earth energies and the 'home' far away. One of those days when my heart was ripped open  by the profound sadness of what humans are doing to Mother Earth.  Does it resonate with you? Listen in... Fb, IG, YouTube - @tarotincbybhawana

This is a practice to set intentions for yourself. You can set intentions for a week or for a month for personal or business. Before you listen to this, make sure you - - have a notepad and pen - are in a quiet place and will not be disturbed - make it a special ritual for the mind to be open and accepting of the intention you are setting. You can do this by taking a shower just before doing this, lighting some incense or candles, calming yourself with breathwork or pranayam practices (if you are trained in it) or simply taking a few slow deep breaths - use earphones for best effect All the best!
