Today Jack and Mike are joined by Michael Susi. He has been in real estate on a full time basis since graduating college in 2019. Throughout his college years pursuing an undergraduate degree in fitness management, he developed a strong interest in real estate. Upon graduating, he had a decision to make: to pursue real estate part time, on top of another unrelated career, or "take the leap" and get into real estate full time. Through networking with real estate professionals, he found his way into a small, hard money lending firm, making this his primary focus. His experience in hard money lending ultimately provided him with the knowledge and resources to get into his own deal. His first deal being a flip of a Triplex in North Berwick, Maine. In addition to his hard money lending, Mike started WhitesPoint, with his business partner, Mark Boutin in July of 2021. WhitesPoint acquires and manages multifamily apartments, and provides a way for the busy working professional to invest in multifamily real estate without the time commitment and added responsibilities. WhitesPoint currently owns and manages a total of 63 apartments across two properties in Georgia. From an early age, Dan has had a passion for creating content.  This passion brought him to Boston where he studied film and advertising, and he later went on to begin a career in film/tv. A successful career that continues to this day. Dan enjoyed bourbon from when he was in his mid twenties, but was only introduced to the allocated/rare bourbon market in 2017. Having scored some Pappy Van Winkle quite easily from a store manager he befriended, this started a new passion in Dan's life: the hunt for elusive bourbon's, and documenting his journey via social media content on Instagram, which combined his passion for content w/ his passion for bourbon. Dan created Dan The Bourbon Man, an Instagram page, and his following grew quickly and organically, due to the rising demand for allocated bourbons and timely content. What Dan once started as a passion project, with a goal to get some free swag and bourbon bottles from distilleries, became an advertising/marketing asset that was generating income. Due to demand skyrocketing for hard to find whiskey, and frustration growing amongst bourbon enthusiasts not being able to find bourbons that they like for a good price, Dan saw an opportunity to further connect with his audience.  So he launched his website, danthebourbonman.com, and created a community of bourbon hunters that report the good whiskey deals they find through the site.  An exclusive VIP subscription service was also launched, which sends out those notifications in real time to VIPs in the area.  The website also features his exclusive barrel picks w/ distilleries and his Amazon Influencing page. Dan recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and is currently reading Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant, which has sparked a new passion: the path to financial freedom. Ian Martin originally hails from Massachusetts but has spent the majority of his adult life in Colorado, until moving back to the Boston area in 2019 to pursue his passion of real estate coupled with the goal of expediting his financial freedom targets. Gordon started his real estate journey in 2002 with many failures along the way until he finally committed to the life that he wanted to create for his family and himself. He went full time again into Real Estate Investing in 2018 and hasn't looked back. 603 Properties specialize in Fix and Flip projects that are 1-4 units in size. They completed 28 buildings last year and is on track to double that number this year. Owner of a 5 bedroom rooming house in Hudson, NH which also serves as his office and storage space. They moved 5 houses down from where he grew up on Big Island Pond. They still reside there today and it is the reason he fell in love with real estate. They own and self manage 25 residential units.
