Episode 18: Lifter-Coach communication standards and Things eLitE Lifters do that you aren't
2021/10/10
G'Day Mates, Today Jip Jop will discuss 2 main topics. The first being the expectations the lifter and coach should have of each other when it comes to communication and what is communicated. The second thing being the things I (Joplin) have noticed about the top lifters small habits that have contributed to their improvement that I don't see beginner-advanced level lifters already implementing. It goes without saying the big things are likely covered by the broad range of lifters is sleep, diet, blah blah blah, but what about outside of that? Enjoy and be sure to rate and comment on whatever medium you listen to us idiots on.  Follow us on Instagram @talkstrongliftweak, @JoplinSBD, @chris_TSLW (yes I said this wrong at the end of the episode f****n sue me)
