In today’s episode, I talk about the past few weeks in my life that were extremely hard for me to endure. I have been struggling with depression for quite some time and my avoidance to my own emotions, actually caused me more harm than good. I was reminded the beauty of sitting and feeling ALL of my emotions and then feeling empowered enough to communicate how I felt to those around me.
