Pandemic fatigue is real, and health care workers across the country continue to struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, loneliness and other concerns. CommonSpirit’s focus on humankindness is at the heart of all we do, but with COVID-19 it has taken on a new and different urgency. Our locations have worked hard to combat pandemic fatigue by instituting a variety of programs to remind us to mark the small victories — like Code Happy, our celebratory send off of recovered patients — to our Zen Rooms that help staff transition from their work day to their home life.
