This episode means a lot to me. I talk about how waking up with gratitude every day has been a game-changer. Create your plan on life and be as specific as possible. Start with your 10 Year Vision  3 year picture Yearly plan  Quarterly plan  Monthly plan  Weekly plan  Day to Day plan  Success never happens by accident  Schedule time to think  Schedule everything  Stick to your plan become more disciplined. We become anxious because we do not have a plan. Be yourself unapologetically. Most of all show love to others, lead with kindness. Gratitude elevates your altitude. Gratitude can get you the worse times with a smile on your face. Do not be so hard on yourself, I have been earlier in my life and it does not help at all. Create your ideal life in your heard write it down and then go get it, cut out the excuses. Enrich yourself by helping others and be sure you are kind to yourself. Everything that is worth it always takes time. Be willing to invest more time into yourself. If you are not where you would like to be but you are watching tv and stuck scrolling on socials maybe consider putting time into reading or something that will bring you value. Understand that nobody is going to come and save you. You have to be willing to go through the pain to get to the next level. I believe in you, you should too. Help others when you can, help yourself first and foremost by becoming the best version of you.
