Description

In this podcast we’re stripping the b******t and getting down to the unfiltered parts of life through raw, authentic, and often difficult conversations. We’re talking about resilience, about picking yourself up from some extreme lows and rising stronger. Through my personal journey of self discovery, and sobriety, I’ve learned and continue to learn what it takes to get up and stay up. We’re sharing stories and all of the tools collected in maintaining a consistent environment for self growth, love and discovery. We’ll hear from others who are breaking barriers and climbing incredibly tough mountains. Connection matters, stories matter and without that we are nothing. So, get ready to get inspired and motivated, to laugh and to cry. But most importantly, to love a little.

2022/06/20
In today’s episode I want to talk about something that I have been dealing with this year which is trying to find my creativity again. Being creative and having a purpose of this in my life is one of my driving forces so what happens when that fades? What happens when life catches up to you and you're forced to start over. Identity and Choosing Peace
2022/05/29
In today's episode I sat to talk about how finding your identity, choosing to live in that authentically and then sharing that with others is the path to peace. In a society that steers us in clear directions since birth, the greatest thing we can do is to step off the normal path and into what sets our souls on fire. To step into our passions and find peace with ourselves is what brings us closer together. It's been a long path to finding my own identity but rounding into my 30's I can finally say. I think I found it. Welcome in.

Divine Timing- The Subtle Art of Saying F*** it
2022/03/15
In today's episode we talk about divine timing. The understanding that everything happens in the right time and has a purpose. Some big, some small. After about 6 months of limbo and hard lessons I stepped into a deeper understanding of what it means to flow, to sometimes put your hands up, look up to the sky and say 'Alright! F*** it, I let it go.' The not so subtle sort of letting go of a little control. Welcome in.
