Bill Ash from Brisbane Australia joins me for a discussion about his new book Redesigning Conversations: A Guide to Communicating Effectively In The Family, Workplace, And Society. Bill Doesn't hunt. (Yet) But he has some great advice to elevate conversations, and who do we talk more with than the crew we hunt with? There is plenty of time for important (and not-so-important) conversations while hunting with your closest crew. Here's how to elevate those conversations.

He grew up in a in a small town down in Southeast Arkansas, where the population now is about 6000. He knew everybody in my graduating class there (150 years ago--he says--whenever that was), but through his career, he's moved around different parts of Arkansas, and says he's kind of settled in the in the twilight of it now having been in law enforcement now for 31 years. He says looking forward to retirement and just doing more stuff outdoors and spending time with family and those will hound dogs. He's living a proper Southern outdoorsman's dream complete with the coon hunting Treeing Walker and best four-legged friend––Waylon. It is a fun conversation...
