THE WAR BETWEEN MEN & WOMEN: DID SOCIAL MEDIA DESTROY LOVE?
2026/10/15
🔥 THE WAR BETWEEN MEN & WOMEN: DID SOCIAL MEDIA DESTROY LOVE? 🔥
This week on Honest A$$holes Podcast with Mr. Vega, we’re having a raw, unfiltered conversation about why men and women seem more divided than ever. Are dating apps, social media, hookup culture, and unrealistic expectations destroying our chances at real love? Why do some men want multiple women while demanding loyalty, and why do some women crave commitment while entertaining attention from multiple options?
We’re putting BOTH genders on the hot seat! We’re talking loyalty, cheating, double standards, trust issues, emotional availability, sex, commitment, and the accountability nobody wants to take. Are men really dogs? Are women really for the streets? Or are we judging entire genders based on our worst experiences?
💯 No picking sides. No excuses. No sugarcoating. Just REAL TALK!
🎙️ Streaming LIVE Thursday at 7 PM PT on Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, and Spotify (audio only).

Sex Without Feelings: Are We Trading Energy for Pleasure?
2026/10/01
This Thursday at 7 PM Pacific, Mr Vega sits down with guest star “Diallo Ridher” for a raw, honest, and unfiltered conversation about sex, relationships, emotions, boundaries, and the swinger lifestyle.
Can people really separate sex from feelings? Are we simply looking for temporary pleasure, or can intimate encounters leave behind emotional consequences that we don’t always recognize? And when multiple partners enter the picture, what happens to trust, jealousy, communication, and commitment?
Diallo brings her personal perspective from being part of the swinger lifestyle as we discuss the realities behind the lifestyle—not just the assumptions people make about it.
Topics we get into:
* Sex without emotional attachment
* The difference between physical attraction and emotional connection
* The swinger lifestyle and common misconceptions
* Trust, communication, and boundaries
* Jealousy and relationships
* Casual sex vs. emotional intimacy
* The idea of “energy” and how intimate experiences can affect us
* Pleasure vs. loneliness
* Love, commitment, and nontraditional relationships
* Why people seek temporary satisfaction
* The stigma surrounding swingers
* When freedom becomes complicated
* And the questions people are sometimes afraid to ask
This isn’t about judging anybody’s lifestyle. It’s about having the conversation.

HIP-HOP PODCASTS: BUILDING THE CULTURE OR DESTROYING IT?
2026/09/03
This week on Honest A$$holes with Mr Vega, we’re having a conversation that the hip-hop podcast world needs to hear.
Podcasting has given artists, producers, executives, and people who were behind the scenes an opportunity to finally tell their stories. That can be powerful. But somewhere along the way, has negativity, old beef, industry grudges, and tearing people down become more valuable than actually educating and uplifting the culture?
On this episode, I’m asking a serious question: Are hip-hop podcasts building the culture—or slowly destroying it?
We’re talking about former artists who have transitioned into podcasting but seem to spend more time discussing everything their former record labels, executives, managers, and fellow artists supposedly did wrong than sharing knowledge that could help the next generation. There is absolutely nothing wrong with exposing bad business or telling your truth—but when does telling your story turn into monetizing bitterness?
And we have to talk about the other side too. Record companies and executives aren’t above accountability. Artists have been exploited, misled, underpaid, and placed in bad contracts throughout the history of the music business. Those stories deserve to be heard. But imagine how much more powerful those conversations could become if the pain was turned into education.
Instead of simply telling young artists “the industry screwed me,” teach them about publishing, masters, contracts, ownership, management, touring, branding, financial literacy, and protecting their careers.
We’re also getting into the role of social media algorithms and why controversy gets clicks, beef gets views, and negativity goes viral, while positive conversations about growth and success often struggle to receive the same attention.
At some point, we have to ask ourselves:
Are we documenting hip-hop history—or just documenting hip-hop grudges?
This isn’t about silencing anybody. It’s about challenging everyone with a platform—including myself—to think about what we’re contributing to the culture.
Tell your story. Speak your truth. Hold people accountable. But after the story has been told, what are you teaching the people coming behind you?

Do LA rappers still care about lyricism?
2026/08/27
IS L.A. RAP STUCK IN THE SAME CYCLE? 🎙️🔥
This week on Honest A$$holes, Mr Vega The Messiah takes a critical look at the current state of Los Angeles hip-hop.
Has too much of L.A. rap become centered around gang banging, street politics, ratchet music and the same recycled subject matter? And while that sound continues to receive attention, what happens to the lyricists, conscious rappers, storytellers and artists actually trying to bring something different to the culture?
This episode isn’t about disrespecting L.A. hip-hop or denying its legendary history. It’s about asking why a city with so much talent and diversity can sometimes feel represented by only one side of the culture.
We talk about:
🔥 Why lyrical and conscious L.A. rappers get overlooked
🔥 Gang culture and its influence on L.A. hip-hop
🔥 Ratchet music vs. music with substance
🔥 Whether the industry rewards image more than talent
🔥 The role fans, social media and algorithms play
🔥 Why L.A. needs more variety in the artists it pushes
🔥 And the big question: Does L.A. still care about BARS?
This one might make some people uncomfortable—but it’s a conversation worth having.

The Journey Through Grief
2026/08/06
Grief is one of life’s most personal journeys, and no two people experience it the same way. In this deeply honest and emotional episode of Honest A$$holes, I open my heart about losing my father just six weeks ago and the reality of navigating life without someone who helped shape who I am.
For far too long, men have been taught to hide their emotions, suppress their tears, and suffer in silence. This conversation challenges that mindset. Grieving is not weakness—it is love with nowhere to go. It is proof that someone mattered.
If you’ve ever lost a parent, a spouse, a sibling, a child, a friend, or anyone who left an unforgettable mark on your life, this episode is for you. Together, we’ll talk about pain, healing, vulnerability, and why it’s okay to cry. It’s okay to feel broken. It’s okay to take your time. There is no deadline on healing.
The Journey Through Grief is more than a podcast episode—it’s a reminder that you don’t have to carry your pain alone. Whether you’re in the first days of loss or years into your healing, I hope this conversation lets you know that your feelings are valid, your tears are meaningful, and your journey deserves compassion.
Because sometimes, the strongest thing a man can do… is allow himself to grieve.
