We quit our traditional nine to five jobs and started working remotely while traveling the world with out kids. We currently live in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We moved here in February of 2021. What do I want the kids to gain from traveling abroad as a family? I was asked this question by a friend and I love it. I have so much to say.  #1 I hope they gain time together and adventures as a family. #2  I hope they gain experiences with other cultures #3 I hope they gain language skills #4 I hope they gain the understanding that not every child lives like them #5 I hope they gain empathy for others #6 I hope they gain an appreciation for the natural world #7 I hope they gain once in a lifetime experiences #8 I hope they gain independence #9 I hope they gain a knowledge of travel planning and the ability to live how you want #10 I hope they gain an understanding that the world is a really big place Next Episode: What am I doing now?
