As a mixed heritage actress, I wanted to create a safe space to start the conversation, raise awareness, and to amplify stories & voices of creatives within the theatre industry of different ethnic backgrounds. Our first session on Zoom for drama students, graduates & other actors launched on 15th June 2020, and our last session on 31st May 2021. Since then we've had over 60 guests speak on the platform, we have been featured on The Stage (the British weekly newspaper and website covering the entertainment industry, and particularly theatre), and have been nominated for a National Diversity Community Organisation Award (2021).
