This allows you to take charge and become aware of the judgments that you have upon others. When you let go expectations, you can find peace.

From February 1, 2022 until 2/22/2022 We will make a commitment to spread positivity around the world like a virus. We will disrupt negative conversations and either pray for or visualize the outcome together. Any negativity on the television we turn it off. Anytime we see something negative on social media we put #PositiveVibeTribeChallenge in the comments. We all have to disrupt peoples patterns and have them disrupt ours. We are all human and we have to work together to change negative energy and uncertainty into a positive. Do your part to invite others to this challenge it doesn’t matter if you start the first day or if you start the 20th day. It’s all about spreading the positivity.

This is the beginning of a season and this season will go from now until the winter solstice. Great ideas to rejuvenate your soul and get in touch with your true essence.

Tools: Find a jar or a hat in your living space. On a piece of paper write down all the different ways that your family or you yourself like to play. Cut them up into pieces and fold them and fill the jar or hat. Make it fun and pick one out of the jar or hat on a regular basis and go out and enjoy your life. We only have one life to live. How are you going to live it???
