My name is Tanisha Bankston. I am a mother of three children. I am a survivor of rape, incest, childhood sexual abuse, and domestic violence.  I lost my inner voice when I was raped at age 5 or 6. I wrote my book "My Pain is My Power" to share my story. Also to help others who have gone through or are going through what I went through as a child and into my adulthood.
