Hello, I am Almudena and I am an artist based in the UK. Inspiration for my work comes from personal experiences with mental ill health, social issues and feminism. I am also training to be a counsellor. I wanted to start a podcast and invite people to talk about themselves and their experiences. A lot of this podcast will be creatives talking however, I don't want this podcast to be just about art!
