Today was rough, but ended calm. Self meditation, and mentally analyzing helped me prepare for tomorrow. Moms can tend to be so hard on themselves. Breathe momma tomorrow is another day

As a writer they teach you to proof read and to reread what you wrote. Today I decided to listen back to my open discussion with my girls and check myself! I took mental notes on things I said and heard the way it sounded as a listener and I put myself in my kids shoes. When I was their age I just wanted my mom to listen more and I do just what my mom did. Talk and talk and talk and talk! I have to learn how to gain my daughter's trust.

I learned from this open discussion that I need to be quiet more and listen more. I don't have to share everything with my friends. It's ok to take a step back mom and realize you may the problem...... I love my babies so much and I just want the best for them. Am I the best for them?
