Description

Fearless and Free was birthed during the Covid-19 season of lockdowns and loss, when so much of the world was experiencing dysfunction. The focus of news and conversation was on illness instead of wellness. Dana was living in London in lockdown. Laura in Houston. Together they experienced the world's heart wounds being exposed and on display. Even in the church, people were giving their wounds a voice. Having experienced inner healing themselves they knew there was more to share. Thats the good news! We don't have to stay bound to those places of fear and loss. As an inner healing minister, author and Biblical teacher, Dana is passionate to empower others to overcome obstacles in their own hearts and relationships to bring freedom and healing. This is not behavior modification but healing from the heart that brings wholeness and restores alignment with your true purpose in Christ. In this new season at Fearless and Free, we seek to empower you as an integral part of the body of Christ to move into the next level of power and authority, using your voice to bring healing and hope to your sphere of influence.

Leading Ladies - In Your Own Image or God's S3 - Ep.19
2025/08/26
Welcome to Fearless and Free! In this episode, host Dana Grindal sits down with Cindy Camarillo to explore what it means to lead as a woman made in God's image—not the world's. Together, they dig into how culture, family, and even the names we're given shape our identity, often steering us away from our true calling. Dana and Cindy discuss breaking cycles of comparison, recognizing negative influences, and realigning with God's truth, enabling us to lead authentically and confidently. If you're ready to reflect God's image, let go of false labels, and step boldly into your purpose, this conversation is for you. She believes that God created humans as triune beings—spirit, soul, and body—and that our souls also possess a triune nature, comprising mind, will, and emotion. For Cindy, the soul of God exists within every person, regardless of gender, emphasizing a deep spiritual connection that transcends worldly definitions. There is comfort and healing in the community. The gift of presence is one of the most important and healing gifts you can give to those who are grieving. Where you do not make space to grieve and support one another, where you skim over pain with denial and Christian quotes, you will have trauma buried that will impact you in the future.   If we are seeking a move of God we have to prepare our hearts to receive it and carry the weighty responsibility.  Now is the time for healing the heart of the church, to find healing and wholeness for our own heart, and to move forward fearless and free, to be all He has created us to be. Who Would Jesus Vote For? - Pt.2 - S2 - Ep.5
2024/06/19
Welcome to a new season of  Fearless and Free podcast, where we take a holistic, spirit-soul-body approach to healing and wholeness. I am your host Dana Grindal, prayer minister and founder of Whitestone Ministries International. You have found a safe place to connect with the body of Christ, where we challenge Christians to experience the abundant life of Christ, fearless and free.   Within the Church politics continue to divide. In episode 4, I  asked the question -If Jesus was physically present in America today, what would He say about Politics? Who would He say to vote for? What would He say to you?   Stay tuned here for part 2 as we take a Biblical look at Healing the Heart of the Church in the area of politics …seeking to answer the questions-   How should the Church respond?   Can the right person in government really change hearts?   What is your part?   In the previous episode, we discussed the difference between politics and government. Govt is established by God and to be honored.  Politics is man's way of applying government for control, power or leadership of specific groups or persons, sometimes good and sometimes bad.  It is a heart issue.    We have to guard our hearts, especially from fear.  Fear is destructive and divisive. Fear tempts us to want to control, clouds our judgment, and pulls our hearts away from the love of God. It is in His love that we can know who we are created to be. Where let fear be in the driver's seat of our hearts, it will drive you away from your true identity and purpose and into the ditch of religion or rebellion.    In order to be part of the solution we have to have our hearts rightly aligned with God, remembering that the currency of the Kingdom of God is not winning arguments but winning souls. The people who you disagree with politically have living spirits that have an eternal destination. They are made in the image of Christ.  Will your interactions with them, or theirs with you, draw them closer to Jesus or further away?   If we want to partner in the move of God in this hour, we have to prepare our hearts to receive it. Now is the time for healing the heart of the church to move forward fearless and free, to be all He has created the Body of Christ to be.
