Are You Too Social On Social Media?

Creating awareness for your fitness business is important. But posting on every social media platform takes away too much of your time with very little return. It’s similar to swiping right on every single match on Tinder.  So rather than getting into EVERY single social media platform out there, learn to focus your energy.
