Our Leadership influences and impacts others... That influence and impact ripples out through those other people and in turn then influences and impacts those people around them, and then those people impact and influence those around them. 3 STEP PROCESS TO CONFLICT RESOLUTION So many of us struggle with how to deal with Conflict in our teams, in our families and in other areas of our lives. I wanted to share part of the Conflict Resolution module that I use in my Leadership Coaching programs and with my clients so that you can have a strategy that will give you a framework to build a conversation around.
